Transmeton Ebu Thalebeh el-Husheniu: I thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut! Ne jemi njerëz që gjuajmë." Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Kur ta lëshosh qenin tënd dhe të përmendësh emrin e Allahut mbi të, nëse ai zë diçka për ty, haje atë." Thashë: "Edhe nëse e vret?" Ai tha: "Edhe nëse e vret." Thashë: "Ne jemi njerëz që gjuajmë me hark." Ai tha: "Haje atë që kap harku yt." Thashë: "Ne jemi njerëz që udhëtojmë. Kalojmë pranë hebrenjve, të krishterëve dhe zjarrputistëve, dhe nuk gjejmë enë të tjera përveç të tyreve." Ai tha: "Nëse nuk gjeni të tjera përveç tyre, atëherë lajini ato me ujë, e pastaj hani dhe pini prej tyre."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ، وَالْحَجَّاجُ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَائِذِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيَّ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا أَهْلُ صَيْدٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِذَا أَرْسَلْتَ كَلْبَكَ وَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ فَأَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ فَكُلْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ وَإِنْ قَتَلَ قَالَ ‏"‏ وَإِنْ قَتَلَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ إِنَّا أَهْلُ رَمْىٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ مَا رَدَّتْ عَلَيْكَ قَوْسُكَ فَكُلْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ قُلْتُ إِنَّا أَهْلُ سَفَرٍ نَمُرُّ بِالْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى وَالْمَجُوسِ فَلاَ نَجِدُ غَيْرَ آنِيَتِهِمْ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا غَيْرَهَا فَاغْسِلُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ ثُمَّ كُلُوا فِيهَا وَاشْرَبُوا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَعَائِذُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ هُوَ أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيُّ وَاسْمُ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ جُرْثُومٌ وَيُقَالُ جُرْثُمُ بْنُ نَاشِرٍ وَيُقَالُ ابْنُ قَيْسٍ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Tha'labah Al-Khushani:
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We are a people who hunt.' He said: 'If you send your dog and you mentioned the Name of Allah upon it, and he catches something for you, then eat it.' I said: 'Even if he kills it?' He said: 'Even if he kills it.' I said: 'We are a people who shoot (at game).' He said: 'What you catch with your bow, then eat it.'" He said: "Then I said:'Indeed we are a people who travel. We come across Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians, and we do not find vessels other than theirs.' He said: 'If you do not find other than them, then wash them with water, then eat and drink from it.'"

Transmeton Adij bin Hatimi: I thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut! Ne i lëshojmë qentë tanë të stërvitur." Ai tha: "Hani atë që ata kapin për ju." I thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), po edhe nëse e vrasin?" Ai tha: "Edhe nëse e vrasin, përderisa me ta nuk është bashkuar ndonjë qen tjetër." Thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)! Ne gjuajmë me mir’ad (shigjetë pa pendë)." Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Hani atë që ajo e shpon, ndërsa atë që goditet me pjesën e saj të gjerë, mos e hani."
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُرْسِلُ كِلاَبًا لَنَا مُعَلَّمَةً ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ كُلْ مَا أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ قَتَلْنَ قَالَ ‏"‏ وَإِنْ قَتَلْنَ مَا لَمْ يَشْرَكْهَا كَلْبٌ غَيْرُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نَرْمِي بِالْمِعْرَاضِ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ مَا خَزَقَ فَكُلْ وَمَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim:
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We send our trained dogs to catch game for us.' He said: 'Eat what it catches for you.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, and if they kill it?' He said: 'Even if they kill it, as long as they are not accompanied by some other dogs besides them.'" He said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We hunt with the Mir'ad.' He said: 'Eat of the game what the Mir'ad pierces, but whatever is struck by its broad side, then do not eat it.'"

Transmeton Adij bin Hatimi: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) u pyet rreth mi’radit.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، نَحْوَهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْمِعْرَاضِ، ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
(Another Chain) except that he said:
"And he was asked about the Mir'ad."

Transmeton Xhabir bin Abdullahu: Jemi ndaluar nga gjahu i kapur prej qenit të mexhusit (zjarrputistëve).
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْيَشْكُرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نُهِينَا عَنْ صَيْدِ، كَلْبِ الْمَجُوسِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لاَ يُرَخِّصُونَ فِي صَيْدِ كَلْبِ الْمَجُوسِ ‏.‏ وَالْقَاسِمُ بْنُ أَبِي بَزَّةَ هُوَ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ‏.‏
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
"We have been forbidden from the game caught by a Zoroastrian's dog."

Transmeton Adij b. Hatimi: E pyeta të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) rreth gjahut të kapur nga sokoli, e ai tha: "Haje atë që ai kap për ty." Dijetarët veprojnë sipas kësaj dhe nuk shohin ndonjë problem në gjuetinë me sokola e fajkonj. Muxhahidi ka thënë se sokoli bën pjesë në shpendët grabitqarë për të cilët Allahu i Madhëruar thotë: "dhe atë që keni mësuar nga grabitqarët". Shumica e fukahave kanë thënë se gjahu hahet, edhe nëse shpendi grabitqar ka ngrënë prej tij.
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، وَهَنَّادٌ، وَأَبُو عَمَّارٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ صَيْدِ الْبَازِي فَقَالَ ‏"‏ مَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ فَكُلْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لاَ يَرَوْنَ بِصَيْدِ الْبُزَاةِ وَالصُّقُورِ بَأْسًا ‏.‏ وَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ الْبُزَاةُ هُوَ الطَّيْرُ الَّذِي يُصَادُ بِهِ مِنَ الْجَوَارِحِ الَّتِي قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى‏:‏ ‏(‏وَمَا عَلَّمْتُمْ مِنَ الْجَوَارِحِ ‏)‏ فَسَّرَ الْكِلاَبَ وَالطَّيْرَ الَّذِي يُصَادُ بِهِ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي صَيْدِ الْبَازِي وَإِنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ وَقَالُوا إِنَّمَا تَعْلِيمُهُ إِجَابَتُهُ ‏.‏ وَكَرِهَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ وَالْفُقَهَاءُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ قَالُوا يَأْكُلُ وَإِنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ ‏.‏
Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim:
"I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about the game caught by a falcon. So he said: 'What it catches for you, then eat it.'"

Transmeton Adi bin Hatimi: I thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.)! Unë gjuaj gjahun dhe e gjej shigjetën time në të të nesërmen." Ai tha: "Nëse e di se shigjeta jote e ka mbytë atë dhe nuk sheh në të gjurmë të bishave, atëherë haje atë."
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرْمِي الصَّيْدَ فَأَجِدُ فِيهِ مِنَ الْغَدِ سَهْمِي قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ سَهْمَكَ قَتَلَهُ وَلَمْ تَرَ فِيهِ أَثَرَ سَبُعٍ فَكُلْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ‏.‏ وَرَوَى شُعْبَةُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ وَعَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ وَكِلاَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ ‏.‏
Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim:
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! I shoot some game and then find my arrow in it the next day.' He said: 'If you know that your arrow killed it, and you dont see any marks of predators, then eat it.'"

Transmeton Adi bin Hatim: E pyeta të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) rreth gjuetisë dhe ai tha: "Përmend emrin e Allahut kur ta gjuash shigjetën tënde. Nëse e gjen të vrarë, atëherë ha prej tij, përveç nëse e gjen se ka rënë në ujë. Në këtë rast mos e ha, sepse nuk e di nëse e ka mbytur uji apo shigjeta jote."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَاصِمٌ الأَحْوَلُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الصَّيْدِ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا رَمَيْتَ بِسَهْمِكَ فَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ وَجَدْتَهُ قَدْ قَتَلَ فَكُلْ إِلاَّ أَنْ تَجِدَهُ قَدْ وَقَعَ فِي مَاءٍ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّكَ لاَ تَدْرِي الْمَاءُ قَتَلَهُ أَوْ سَهْمُكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim:
"I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about hunting, so he said: 'Mention Allah's Name when you shoot your arrow. Then, if you find it dead, eat from it, unless you found that it has fallen in (some body of) water. Then do not eat it, for you do not know if the water killed it, or your arrow.'"

Transmeton Adi bin Hatimi: E pyeta të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) rreth gjahut të kapur nga qeni i stërvitur. Ai tha: "Nëse e nis qenin tënd të stërvitur dhe përmend emrin e Allahut, atëherë ha nga ajo që ai ka kapur për ty. Por, nëse ai ha prej tij, atëherë mos ha, sepse ai e ka kapur atë vetëm për vete." Thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut! Çfarë mendon nëse qentë tanë përzihen me qen të tjerë?" Ai tha: "Ti e ke përmendur emrin e Allahut vetëm për qenin tënd, ndërsa nuk e ke përmendur për të tjerët." Sufjani ka thënë: "Ai e kishte të papëlqyeshme ngrënien e tij."
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ صَيْدِ الْكَلْبِ الْمُعَلَّمِ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِذَا أَرْسَلْتَ كَلْبَكَ الْمُعَلَّمَ وَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ مَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ فَإِنْ أَكَلَ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّمَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ خَالَطَتْ كِلاَبَنَا كِلاَبٌ أُخَرُ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّمَا ذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ وَلَمْ تَذْكُرْ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ أَكْرَهُ لَهُ أَكْلَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ فِي الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبِيحَةِ إِذَا وَقَعَا فِي الْمَاءِ أَنْ لاَ يَأْكُلَ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِي الذَّبِيحَةِ إِذَا قُطِعَ الْحُلْقُومُ فَوَقَعَ فِي الْمَاءِ فَمَاتَ فِيهِ فَإِنَّهُ يُؤْكَلُ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ‏.‏ وَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي الْكَلْبِ إِذَا أَكَلَ مِنَ الصَّيْدِ فَقَالَ أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِذَا أَكَلَ الْكَلْبُ مِنْهُ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ ‏.‏ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ فِي الأَكْلِ مِنْهُ وَإِنْ أَكَلَ الْكَلْبُ مِنْهُ ‏.‏
Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim:
"I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about the game caught by a trained dog. He said: 'If you mention the Name of Allah when you send your trained dog, then eat from what it catches for you. But if it eats from it, then do not eat it, for he only caught it for himself.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! What do you say about when our dogs get mixed with other dogs.' He said: 'You only mentioned the Name of Allah over your dog, you did not mention it over the others.'"
Sufyan said: "He disliked for him to eat it."

Transmeton Adi bin Hatimi: E pyeta Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) rreth gjahut të vrarë me mi’rad (shigjetë pa pendë), dhe ai tha: "Atë që e godet me majën e tij të mprehtë, haje; ndërsa atë që e godet me anën e tij të gjerë, ajo është e vrarë nga goditja e topitur."
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمِعْرَاضِ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ مَا أَصَبْتَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْ وَمَا أَصَبْتَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَهُوَ وَقِيذٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Narrated 'Adi bin Hatim:
I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about game killed by Mir'ad. So he said: 'What you kill by its sharp edge then eat it, and what you kill by its broad side then, it was killed by something blunt.'"

Transmeton Adi b. Hatimi nga Profeti (s.a.v.s.) me kuptim të ngjashëm. Ebu Isai ka thënë: Ky është hadith sahih dhe sipas tij veprohet te njerëzit e dijes.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ‏.‏

Transmeton Xhabir bin Abdullahu: Një burrë nga populli i tij gjuajti një lepur ose dy dhe i theri ato me një gur të mprehtë (marvah). Ai i mbajti ato me vete derisa u takua me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.), e pyeti atë rreth kësaj, dhe ai (s.a.v.s.) e urdhëroi që t'i hante ato.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقُطَعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِنْ قَوْمِهِ صَادَ أَرْنَبًا أَوِ اثْنَيْنِ فَذَبَحَهُمَا بِمَرْوَةٍ فَتَعَلَّقَهُمَا حَتَّى لَقِيَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَأَلَهُ فَأَمَرَهُ بِأَكْلِهِمَا ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ وَرَافِعٍ وَعَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنْ يُذَكِّيَ بِمَرْوَةٍ وَلَمْ يَرَوْا بِأَكْلِ الأَرْنَبِ بَأْسًا وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَقَدْ كَرِهَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَكْلَ الأَرْنَبِ ‏.‏ وَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَ أَصْحَابُ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي رِوَايَةِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَرَوَى دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ ‏.‏ وَرَوَى عَاصِمٌ الأَحْوَلُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَوْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ ‏.‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ أَصَحُّ ‏.‏ وَرَوَى جَابِرٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ وَيُحْتَمَلُ أَنَّ رِوَايَةَ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْهُمَا ‏.‏ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ حَدِيثُ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ ‏.‏
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
That a man from his people hunted a rabbit or two and slaughtered them with Marwah. Then he hung them up until he met the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), so he asked him about that, and he (ﷺ) told him to eat them.

Transmeton Ebu Derda: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ndaloi ngrënien e kafshës "el-muxhethemeh", e cila është ajo që mbahet e lidhur dhe vritet me shigjeta.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الأَفْرِيقِيِّ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَكْلِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تُصْبَرُ بِالنَّبْلِ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Ad-Darda':
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited eating the Mujath-thamah, and it is what is trapped and killed by arrows."

Transmeton Irbad bin Sarija se: Në ditën e Hajberit, i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ndaloi ngrënien e mishit të çdo egërsire me dhëmbë shqyes, mishin e çdo shpendi me kthetra, mishin e gomarëve shtëpiakë, el-muxhet-themen, el-halisën, si dhe marrëdhëniet me skllavet shtatzëna derisa të lindin atë që kanë në barkun e tyre. Ebu Asimi u pyet për el-muxhet-themen dhe tha: “Të lidhësh një shpend apo diçka tjetër dhe pastaj ta gjuash atë”. Ndërsa për el-halisën tha: “Preja që njeriu e merr nga ujku apo ndonjë egërsirë tjetër, por ajo ngordh në dorën e tij para se ai ta therrë”.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ وَهْبٍ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتُ الْعِرْبَاضِ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَارِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ لُحُومِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السَّبُعِ وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ وَعَنِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَعَنِ الْخَلِيسَةِ وَأَنْ تُوطَأَ الْحَبَالَى حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ ‏.‏ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى سُئِلَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ قَالَ أَنْ يُنْصَبَ الطَّيْرُ أَوِ الشَّىْءُ فَيُرْمَى ‏.‏ وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْخَلِيسَةِ فَقَالَ الذِّئْبُ أَوِ السَّبُعُ يُدْرِكُهُ الرَّجُلُ فَيَأْخُذُهُ مِنْهُ فَيَمُوتُ فِي يَدِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُذَكِّيَهَا ‏.‏
Narrated Umm Habibah bint Al-'Irbad:
From her father: "On the day of Khaibar, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited eating the meat of every predator that has canine teeth, the meat of every bird that has talons, the meat of the domestic donkey, the Mujath-thamah, the Khalisah, and from having relations with a pregnant slave until she gives birth to what is in her womb."
Muhammad bin Yahya said: "Abu 'Asim was asked about Mujath-thamah and he said: "To ensnare a bird or something and then shoot it." He was asked about Khalisah, so he said: "(Prey) that a man finds with a wolf or a predator, then he takes it from him but it dies in his hand before it can be slaughtered."

Transmeton Ibn Abbasi: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar marrjen e çdo gjëje që ka shpirt si shënjestër.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُتَّخَذَ شَيْءٌ فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ‏.‏
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited taking a living thing as a shooting target."

Transmeton Ebu Seidi se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Therja e fetusit arrihet me therjen e nënës së tij."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، ح قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَأَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ ‏.‏ وَأَبُو الْوَدَّاكِ اسْمُهُ جَبْرُ بْنُ نَوْفٍ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Sa'eed:
That the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Slaughtering the fetus is (achieved by) the slaughtering of its mother."

Transmeton Ebu Tha'lebe el-Hushenij: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar ngrënien e çdo kafshe grabitqare me dhëmbë shqyes.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Tha'labah Al-Khushani:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited (eating) every predator possessing canine teeth."

Transmeton Ebu Idris el-Haulani një hadith me kuptim të ngjashëm. Ebu Isa thotë se ky hadith është hasen sahih. Emri i Ebu Idris el-Haulanit është Aidhullah bin Abdullah.
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَأَبُو إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيُّ اسْمُهُ عَائِذُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ‏.‏

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم - يَعْنِي يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ - الْحُمُرَ الإِنْسِيَّةَ وَلُحُومَ الْبِغَالِ وَكُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ‏.‏
Narrated Jabir:

Transmeton Ebu Vakid el-Lejthi: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) erdhi në Medinë ndërkohë që njerëzit ua prisnin gungat deveve dhe bishtat e dhenve. Ai tha: "Çdo gjë që pritet nga kafsha ndërsa ajo është e gjallë, konsiderohet e ngordhur (ngordhësirë)."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ، قَالَ قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يَجُبُّونَ أَسْنِمَةَ الإِبِلِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ أَلْيَاتِ الْغَنَمِ قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَا قُطِعَ مِنَ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Waqid Al-Laithi:
"The Prophet (ﷺ) came to Al-Madinah and they were in the habit of cutting the humps off of the camels and cutting the buttocks from the sheep. He said: 'Whatever is cut from an animal while it is alive, then it is dead flesh.'"

Transmeton Ebu Vakid el-Lejthi: Një zinxhir tjetër transmetimi me kuptim të ngjashëm. Ebu Isa ka thënë: Ky është një hadith hasen garib, të cilin nuk e njohim përveçse nga transmetimi i Zejd bin Eslemit. Njerëzit e dijes veprojnë sipas këtij hadithi. Emri i vërtetë i Ebu Vakid el-Lejthiut është El-Harith bin Auf.
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْجُوزَجَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ‏.‏ وَأَبُو وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ اسْمُهُ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ‏.‏

Transmeton babai i Ebu el-Usherasë se ka thënë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut! A nuk bëhet therrja veçse në fyt dhe në grykë?" Ai (s.a.v.s.) u përgjigj: "Sikur ta shpoje në kofshën e saj, do të ishte e mjaftueshme për ty."
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، ح وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعُشَرَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَمَا تَكُونُ الذَّكَاةُ إِلاَّ فِي الْحَلْقِ وَاللَّبَّةِ قَالَ ‏ "‏ لَوْ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لأَجْزَأَ عَنْكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ قَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ هَذَا فِي الضَّرُورَةِ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيِبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ‏.‏ وَلاَ نَعْرِفُ لأَبِي الْعُشَرَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي اسْمِ أَبِي الْعُشَرَاءِ فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمُ اسْمُهُ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ قِهْطِمٍ وَيُقَالُ اسْمُهُ يَسَارُ بْنُ بَرْزٍ وَيُقَالُ ابْنُ بَلْزٍ وَيُقَالُ اسْمُهُ عُطَارِدٌ نُسِبَ إِلَى جَدِّهِ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Al-'Ushara':
From his father that he said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Is there no slaughtering except upon the neck and the throat ?' He said: 'If you stab its thigh it would be accepted to you.'"

Transmeton Ebu Hurejre se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kushdo që vret një hardhucë me goditjen e parë, ka kaq e kaq shpërblime; nëse e vret me goditjen e dytë, ka kaq e kaq shpërblime; e nëse e vret me goditjen e tretë, ka kaq e kaq shpërblime."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ قَتَلَ وَزَغَةً بِالضَّرْبَةِ الأُولَى كَانَ لَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً فَإِنْ قَتَلَهَا فِي الضَّرْبَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ كَانَ لَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً فَإِنْ قَتَلَهَا فِي الضَّرْبَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ كَانَ لَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَسَعْدٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ شَرِيكٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever kills a gecko in one strike, he has such and such reward, and if he kills it on the second strike, he will have such and such reward, and if he kills it on the third strike, then he has such and such reward."

Transmeton Ibn Omari se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Vritni gjarpërinjtë, vritni atë me dy vija të bardha (Dhut-Tufyatejn) dhe atë me bisht të shkurtër (el-Ebter), sepse ata verbërojnë shikimin dhe shkaktojnë dështimin e shtatzënisë."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ اقْتُلُوا الْحَيَّاتِ وَاقْتُلُوا ذَا الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالأَبْتَرَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَلْتَمِسَانِ الْبَصَرَ وَيُسْقِطَانِ الْحَبَلَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ عَنْ قَتْلِ حَيَّاتِ الْبُيُوتِ وَهِيَ الْعَوَامِرُ وَيُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ أَيْضًا ‏.‏ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ إِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ مِنْ قَتْلِ الْحَيَّاتِ قَتْلُ الْحَيَّةِ الَّتِي تَكُونُ دَقِيقَةً كَأَنَّهَا فِضَّةٌ وَلاَ تَلْتَوِي فِي مِشْيَتِهَا ‏.‏
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Kill snakes and kill Dhut-Tufyatain and Al-Abtar, because they blind the sight and cause abortions of fetuses."

Transmeton Ebu Said el-Hudriu se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Vërtet, në shtëpitë tuaja ka banues, andaj paralajmërojini ata tri herë (që të largohen). Nëse pas kësaj ju shfaqet ndonjë prej tyre, atëherë mbyteni atë."
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ صَيْفِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ إِنَّ لِبُيُوتِكُمْ عُمَّارًا فَحَرِّجُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ ثَلاَثًا فَإِنْ بَدَا لَكُمْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُنَّ شَيْءٌ فَاقْتُلُوهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَكَذَا رَوَى عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ صَيْفِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Indeed there are others inhabiting your homes. So yell at them three times (to leave). If you see any of them after that, then kill them."

Transmeton Ebu Seidi:

Ky hadith përcillet nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe në të përfshihet një tregim. Ky transmetim është më i saktë se hadithi i Ubejdullah b. Omerit, ndërsa Muhamed b. Axhlani ka transmetuar ngjashëm me Malikun.
وَرَوَى مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ صَيْفِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّائِبِ، مَوْلَى هِشَامِ بْنِ زُهْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَفِي الْحَدِيثِ قِصَّةٌ ‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ‏.‏ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَرَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَجْلاَنَ عَنْ صَيْفِيٍّ نَحْوَ رِوَايَةِ مَالِكٍ ‏.‏
Malik bin Anas reported this Hadith from Saifi from Abu As-Sa'ib the freed slave of Hisham bin Zuhrah, from Abu Sa'eed from the Prophet (ﷺ), and there is a story along with the Hadith.

Narrated Abu Laila:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When a snake appears in your dwellings then say to it: We ask you - by covenant of Nuh, and by the covenant of Sulaiman bin Dawud - that you do not harm us.' If it returns, then kill it."

Transmeton Abdullah bin Mugaffeli: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Sikur qentë të mos ishin një umet (bashkësi krijesash) prej umeteve, do të kisha urdhëruar vrasjen e të gjithë atyre. Prandaj, vritni prej tyre çdo qen që është krejtësisht i zi."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ زَاذَانَ، وَيُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لَوْلاَ أَنَّ الْكِلاَبَ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الأُمَمِ لأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا كُلِّهَا فَاقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا كُلَّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَجَابِرٍ وَأَبِي رَافِعٍ وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَيُرْوَى فِي بَعْضِ الْحَدِيثِ ‏"‏ أَنَّ الْكَلْبَ الأَسْوَدَ الْبَهِيمَ شَيْطَانٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَالْكَلْبُ الأَسْوَدُ الْبَهِيمُ الَّذِي لاَ يَكُونُ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الْبَيَاضِ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ كَرِهَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ صَيْدَ الْكَلْبِ الأَسْوَدِ الْبَهِيمِ ‏.‏
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "If it were not that dogs were part of a nation among the nations, then I would order to that all of them be killed. So kill every one of them that is all black."

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا لَيْسَ بِضَارٍ وَلاَ كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ نَقَصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَسُفْيَانَ بْنِ أَبِي زُهَيْرٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ أَوْ كَلْبَ زَرْعٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever keeps a dog" - or: "acquires a dog" - "neither of hunting nor to guard livestock, then two Qirat are deducted from his reward, daily."

Transmeton Ibn Omeri:
I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) urdhëroi vrasjen e qenve, përveç qenit të gjuetisë ose qenit të bagëtisë. Atij iu tha: "Ebu Hurejre thoshte: 'ose qenin e arës'", ndërsa ai (Ibn Omeri) tha: "Ebu Hurejre kishte arë."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلاَبِ إِلاَّ كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ قِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ كَانَ يَقُولُ أَوْ كَلْبَ زَرْعٍ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ لَهُ زَرْعٌ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered killing dogs, except for the hunting dog, or the dog that guards livestock." It was said to him: "Abu Hurairah would say: 'or a farm dog' so he (Ibn 'Umar) said: "Abu Hurairah had a farm."

Transmeton Abdullah bin Mugaffeli: Isha një nga ata që ngrinte degët e pemës larg fytyrës së të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ndërsa ai po mbante hutben, ku tha: "Sikur qentë të mos ishin një umet prej umeteve, do të urdhëroja vrasjen e tyre. Prandaj, vritni prej tyre çdo qen që është krejtësisht i zi. Nuk ka asnjë familje që mban një qen, e që të mos u pakësohen shpërblimet e veprave të tyre për çdo ditë me nga një kirat, përveç qenit të gjuetisë, qenit të bujqësisë ose qenit të kopesë."
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْبَاطِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، قَالَ إِنِّي لَمِمَّنْ يَرْفَعُ أَغْصَانَ الشَّجَرَةِ عَنْ وَجْهِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ لَوْلاَ أَنَّ الْكِلاَبَ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الأُمَمِ لأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا فَاقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا كُلَّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ وَمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ يَرْتَبِطُونَ كَلْبًا إِلاَّ نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِمْ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ إِلاَّ كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ كَلْبَ حَرْثٍ أَوْ كَلْبَ غَنَمٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal:
"I was one of those who held up the branches from the tree away from the face of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) while he was delivering the Khutbah saying: 'If it were not that dogs were a nation among nations, then I would order that they be killed. So kill every one among them that is all black. There is one inhabiting a home in which they keep a dog but their deeds are decreased by one Qirat every day - except for a hunting dog, or a farm dog, or a sheep dog.'"

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ كَلْبًا إِلاَّ كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ أَوْ صَيْدٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ انْتَقَصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَيُرْوَى عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ فِي إِمْسَاكِ الْكَلْبِ وَإِنْ كَانَ لِلرَّجُلِ شَاةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ ‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ بِهَذَا ‏.‏
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever acquires a dog - with the exception of a dog to guard livestock, a hunting dog, or a farm dog - each day a Qirat is deducted from his reward."

Transmeton Rafi' bin Hadixh: I thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut! Ne presim të ndeshemi me armikun nesër dhe nuk kemi thika." Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Çdo gjë që bën rrjedhjen e gjakut dhe mbi të cilën është përmendur Emri i Allahut, hani prej saj, me kusht që të mos jetë bërë me dhëmb apo me thonj. Dhe unë do t’ju tregoj pse: sa i përket dhëmbit, ai është asht, ndërsa thoi është thika e etiopianëve."
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نَلْقَى الْعَدُوَّ غَدًا وَلَيْسَتْ مَعَنَا مُدًى فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ فَكُلُوهُ مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ سِنًّا أَوْ ظُفُرًا وَسَأُحَدِّثُكُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ أَمَّا السِّنُّ فَعَظْمٌ وَأَمَّا الظُّفُرُ فَمُدَى الْحَبَشَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Narrated Rafi' bin Khadij:
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We expect to meet the enemy tomorrow and we have no knives.' So the Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'As long as it causes blood to flow, and Allah's Name has been mentioned over it, then eat it, provided that it was not done with a tooth or nail. And I will tell you why: As for the tooth it is a bone, and as for the nail it is the knife of the Ethiopians.'"

Transmeton Rafi' bin Hadixh: Profeti (s.a.v.s.) ka dhënë një porosi të ngjashme. Dijetarët veprojnë sipas kësaj dhe nuk e konsiderojnë të lejuar që therrja e kafshës të bëhet me dhëmbë apo me kockë.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، رضى الله عنه عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ عَبَايَةُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ وَعَبَايَةُ قَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْ رَافِعٍ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لاَ يَرَوْنَ أَنْ يُذَكَّى بِسِنٍّ وَلاَ بِعَظْمٍ ‏.‏
Another chain from Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (ﷺ) and it is similar, but the narrator did not mention in it:
"Abayah, from his father" and this is more correct. 'Abayah heard from Rafi'.

Transmeton Rafi' bin Hadixhi: Ishim me Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) në një udhëtim kur një deve e disa njerëzve iku dhe ata nuk kishin kalë me vete. Një burrë e goditi atë me shigjetë dhe Allahu e ndaloi atë. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Vërtet, disa nga këto kafshë shtëpiake kanë natyrë të egër si kafshët e egra. Prandaj, nëse ndonjëra prej tyre vepron kështu, atëherë trajtojeni në këtë mënyrë."
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ فَنَدَّ بَعِيرٌ مِنْ إِبِلِ الْقَوْمِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُمْ خَيْلٌ فَرَمَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ فَحَبَسَهُ اللَّهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ إِنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْبَهَائِمِ أَوَابِدَ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ فَمَا فَعَلَ مِنْهَا هَذَا فَافْعَلُوا بِهِ هَكَذَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Narrated Rafi' bin Khadij:
"We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) on journey when the camel that belonged to some people ran away and they did not have a horse. So a man shot it with an arrow and Allah stopped it. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Of these beasts there are some that are as wild as wild animals. So if one of them does this, then treat it similarly.'"

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ عَبَايَةُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ‏.‏ وَهَكَذَا رَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ نَحْوَ رِوَايَةِ سُفْيَانَ ‏.‏
Another chain from Rafi' bin Khadij from the Prophet (ﷺ) and it is similar, but (the narrator) did not mention in it "Abayah from his father." and this is more correct.
