حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: أَغْلِقُوا الأَبْوَابَ، وَأَوْكُوا السِّقَاءَ، وَأَكْفِئُوا الإِنَاءَ، وَخَمِّرُوا الإِنَاءَ، وَأَطْفِئُوا الْمِصْبَاحَ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لاَ يَفْتَحُ غَلَقًا، وَلاَ يَحُلُّ وِكَاءً، وَلاَ يَكْشِفُ إِنَاءً، وَإِنَّ الْفُوَيْسِقَةَ تُضْرِمُ عَلَى النَّاسِ بَيْتَهُمْ.

Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Messenger of Allah, may
Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Lock the doors, tie the water-skins,
turn over the vessels, cover the vessels, and put out the lamps. Shaytan
does not open a locked door, nor untie a water-skin, nor uncover a vessel.
A mouse can cause a house to burn down with its inhabitants inside it."
Transmeton Xhabir ibn Abdullahu:
I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Mbyllni dyert, lidhni calikët e ujit, përmbysni enët, mbuloni enët dhe fikni llambat. Sepse shejtani nuk hap derë të mbyllur, nuk zgjidh lidhëse caliku dhe nuk zbulon enë. Vërtet, miu mund t'u vërë flakën shtëpive të njerëzve."
