1290 - Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë:
Na ka treguar Shube, nga Simak bin Harbi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar
Muhamed bin Hatibin duke thënë: «Më ra vegshi mbi dorë
dhe m'u dogj, kështu që nëna ime më dërgoi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.).
Ai filloi të frynte lehtë mbi të dhe thoshte: 'Largoje dhimbjen, o Zot i njerëzve',
dhe mendoj se tha: 'Dhe shëro, se Ti je Shëruesi'.»

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ
مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ حَاطِبٍ يَقُولُ: «وَقَعَتْ عَلَى يَدِي الْقِدْرُ
فَاحْتَرَقَتْ، فَانْطَلَقَتْ بِي أُمِّي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ -
فَجَعَلَ يَتْفُلُ عَلَيْهَا وَيَقُولُ: أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ،
وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ: وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي».

- Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, he said: I heard Muhammad ibn Hatib saying: "A cooking pot fell on my hand and it was burned, so my mother took me to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh). He began to spit [lightly] on it and say: 'Remove the harm, O Lord of mankind,' and I think he said: 'And heal, You are the Healer.'"
