1293 - Na ka treguar Junusi, na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja bin Ebi Kethiri, nga Ebu Kilabe, ka thënë: Më ka treguar Thabit bin ed-Dahhak el-Ensariu se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk ka zotim (nedhr) për besimtarin në atë që nuk e posedon. Mallkimi i besimtarit është si vrasja e tij. Kush vret veten me diçka, do të ndëshkohet me të në Ditën e Kiametit. Dhe kush betohet rrejshëm në një fe tjetër përveç Islamit, ai është ashtu siç ka thënë».

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا
هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ،
قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ثَابِتُ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ أَنَّ
النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا
يَمْلِكُ، وَلَعْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَقَتْلِهِ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ
بِشَيْءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ
غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ».
1293 - Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya bin Abi Kathir, from Abu Qilabah, he said: Thabit bin al-Dahhak al-Ansari narrated to me that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "There is no vow upon a believer regarding what he does not possess. Cursing a believer is like killing him. Whoever kills himself with something will be punished with it on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever swears by a religion other than Islam falsely, then he is as he said."
