1305 - Na ka treguar Junusi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga El-Azrak bin Kajsi, nga As'as bin Selameja, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.):
«Ishte në një udhëtim dhe i mungoi një burrë prej shokëve të tij. Kur e sollën atë, ai tha: "Unë dëshirova të veçohem për adhurimin e Zotit tim dhe të largohem nga njerëzit!" Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Mos e bëj këtë, dhe asnjëri prej jush të mos e bëjë këtë" - e tha këtë tri herë - "sepse durimi i një ore në disa prej vendeve të muslimanëve është më i mirë se adhurimi i dyzet viteve në vetmi".»

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْأَزْرَقِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عَسْعَسَ بْنِ
سَلَامَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - «كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَفَقَدَ رَجُلًا مِنْ
أَصْحَابِهِ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَخْلُوَ
بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّي وَأَعْتَزِلَ النَّاسَ! فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: فَلَا
تَفْعَلْهُ، وَلَا يَفْعَلْهُ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ - قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا -
فَلَصَبْرُ سَاعَةٍ فِي بَعْضِ مَوَاطِنِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ
عِبَادَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا خَالِيًا».
1305 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Azraq bin Qays, from 'As'as bin Salamah that the Prophet (saw) was on a journey and missed a man from his companions. He was brought to him, and he said: "I wanted to be alone for the worship of my Lord and to withdraw from the people!"
So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Do not do it, and let none of you do it" - he said it three times - "For patience for an hour in some of the places of the Muslims is better than forty years of worship in seclusion."
