1313 - Na ka treguar Junusi, na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katadeja, nga Shehr bin Haushebi, nga Amër bin Harixhe, i cili ka thënë:
«Unë isha nën qafën e devesë së të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), ndërsa ajo po përtypej dhe pështyma e saj po më rridhte mes dy shpatullave të mia. Atëherë e dëgjova atë duke thënë: 'Vërtet, Allahu i ka dhënë çdo personi të drejtën që i takon, prandaj nuk lejohet testamenti për trashëgimtarin. Fëmija i takon shtratit (martesës), ndërsa për imoralin është guri (privimi). Kushdo që pretendon se ka baba tjetër përveç babait të tij, ose i mvishet dikujt tjetër përveç zotërinjve të tij (mualive), mbi të rëntë mallkimi i Allahut, i engjëjve dhe i të gjithë njerëzve. Prej tij nuk do të pranohet asnjë pendim (sarf) dhe asnjë shpërblesë (adl)'.»

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا
هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ
خَارِجَةَ ، قَالَ: «إِنِّي لَتَحْتَ جِرَانِ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ -
وَإِنَّهَا لَتَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّةٍ، وَإِنَّ لُعَابَهَا لَيَسِيلُ بَيْنَ
كَتِفَيَّ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي
حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، وَلَا تَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ، الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ
وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوِ
انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ
وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ
وَلَا عَدْلٌ».
1313 - Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Shahr bin Hawshab, from 'Amr bin Kharijah, who said: "I was beneath the neck of the Messenger of Allah's (saw) she-camel, and she was chewing her cud, and her saliva was flowing between my shoulders, when I heard him saying: 'Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person their right, and no bequest is permissible for an heir. The child belongs to the bed (the husband), and for the adulterer is the stone. And whoever claims to belong to other than his father, or attributes himself to other than his masters, then upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind; neither obligatory nor optional deeds shall be accepted from him.'"
