1370 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Mensuri, i cili ka thënë: Më ka shkruar (një letër) dhe unë ia lexova atë atij, e ai më tha: 'Nëse të shkruaj, kjo do të thotë se të kam treguar (hadith)'. Ai tha: Kam dëgjuar Hilal bin Jesafin, nga Seleme bin Kajs el-Eshxhei, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) më ka thënë: 'Kur të marrësh abdest, pastroje hundën (duke nxjerrë ujin), dhe kur të pastrohesh me gurë (pas nevojës), bëje atë në numër tek'.

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ: كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ
وَقَرَأْتُهُ عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ لِي: إِذَا كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْكَ فَقَدْ
حَدَّثْتُكَ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هِلَالَ بْنَ يَسَافٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ
قَيْسٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ قَالَ: «قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِذَا
تَوَضَّأْتَ فَانْثُرْ، وَإِذَا اسْتَجْمَرْتَ فَأَوْتِرْ».

- Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, he said: He wrote to me and I read it to him, and he said to me: "If I write to you, then I have narrated to you." He said: I heard Hilal ibn Yasaf from Salamah ibn Qays al-Ashja'i, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) said to me: 'When you perform ablution, blow your nose, and when you use stones for cleaning, use an odd number.'"
