1423 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sadeka bin Musa, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Imran el-Xhevniu, nga Zejd bin Kajsi - ose Kajs bin Zejdi - nga gjykatësi i dy qyteteve Shurejhi, nga Abdurrahman bin Ebu Bekri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar e thërret borxhliun në Ditën e Kiametit dhe i thotë: O biri i Ademit, përse i shpërdorove të drejtat e njerëzve? Përse i trete pasuritë e tyre? Ai thotë: O Zoti im, nuk i shkatërrova ato (me qëllim), por u godita ose nga mbytja (në ujë) ose nga djegia. Atëherë Allahu i Madhëruar thotë: Unë jam më i Merituari që ta shlyej borxhin për ty sot. Kështu, punët e tij të mira peshojnë më shumë se të këqijat e tij dhe urdhërohet që ai të dërgohet në Xhenet».

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِمْرَانَ
الْجَوْنِيُّ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ - أَوْ قَيْسِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ - عَنْ
قَاضِي الْمِصْرَيْنِ شُرَيْحٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي
بَكْرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﵎ يَدْعُو صَاحِبَ
الدَّيْنِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيَقُولُ: يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ، فِيمَ أَضَعْتَ
حُقُوقَ النَّاسِ؟ فِيمَ أَذْهَبْتَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ؟ فَيَقُولُ: يَا رَبِّ،
لَمْ أُفْسِدْهُ، وَلَكِنْ أُصِبْتُ إِمَّا غَرَقًا وَإِمَّا حَرَقًا.
فَيَقُولُ ﷿: أَنَا أَحَقُّ مَنْ قَضَى عَنْكَ الْيَوْمَ، فَتَرْجَحُ
حَسَنَاتُهُ عَلَى سَيِّئَاتِهِ فَيُؤْمَرُ بِهِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ».
1423 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sadaqah bin Musa narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Imran al-Jawni narrated to us, from Zayd bin Qays - or Qays bin Zayd - from the judge of the two cities, Shurayh, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Indeed, Allah, the Exalted, will call the debtor on the Day of Resurrection and say: 'O son of Adam, why did you neglect the rights of the people? Why did you consume their wealth?' He will say: 'O Lord, I did not waste it, but I was afflicted either by drowning or by fire.' Then Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, will say: 'I am the most entitled to settle it for you today.' Then his good deeds will outweigh his bad deeds, and he will be ordered to enter Paradise."
