1459 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ibn Ebi es-Seferi, nga esh-Sha'bi, nga Harixhe bin es-Salti, nga xhaxhai i tij, se ata erdhën nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe kaluan pranë një fisi prej fiseve të arabëve. Ata thanë: 'A vini nga ky Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.)?' Thanë: 'Po.' Ai tha: 'A ka ndonjë prej jush që bën rukje?' Thanë: 'Po.' Atëherë sollën një burrë të lidhur me pranga dhe një burrë nga grupi i lexoi atij 'Nënën e Kuranit' (el-Fatihanë) tri herë në mëngjes dhe në mbrëmje. Ata i urdhëruan t'u jepnin diçka (si shpërblim), por ata thanë: 'Jo, derisa ta pyesim Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.).' Burri e pyeti atë, dhe Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Haje, sepse pasha jetën time, ai që ha me rukje të kotë (ka bërë gabim), ndërsa ti ke ngrënë me rukje të vërtetë.'

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ،
عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ الصَّلْتِ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ «أَنَّهُمْ جَاءُوا مِنْ
عِنْدِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فَمَرُّوا بِحَيٍّ مِنْ أَحْيَاءِ الْعَرَبِ،
فَقَالُوا: جِئْتُمْ مِنْ عِنْدِ هَذَا النَّبِيِّ ﷺ؟ قَالُوا: نَعَمْ،
قَالَ: فَفِيكُمْ رَاقٍ؟ قَالُوا: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَأُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ
مُقَيَّدٍ، فَقَرَأَ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ أُمَّ الْقُرْآنِ
ثَلَاثًا بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ، فَأَمَرُوا لَهُمْ بِشَيْءٍ،
فَقَالُوا: لَا؛ حَتَّى نَسْأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ. فَسَأَلَهُ الرَّجُلُ،
فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: كُلْ، فَلَعَمْرِي لَمَنْ أَكَلَ بِرُقْيَةِ بَاطِلٍ
لَقَدْ أَكَلْتَ بِرُقْيَةِ حَقٍّ».
1459 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi al-Safar, from al-Sha'bi, from Kharijah bin al-Salt, from his uncle, 'that they came from the Prophet (saw) and passed by a tribe of the Arab tribes. They said: "Have you come from this Prophet (saw)?" They said: "Yes." He said: "Is there a healer among you?" They said: "Yes." He said: "So a man who was bound was brought, and a man from the group recited the Mother of the Qur'an (al-Fatihah) over him three times in the morning and the evening. They ordered something for them (as payment), but they said: "No; until we ask the Prophet (saw)." So the man asked him, and the Prophet (saw) said: "Eat (take it), for by my life, while some eat by means of a false incantation, you have certainly eaten by means of a true incantation."'
