1765 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Jezid bin Ebi Zijadi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Sulejman bin Amër bin el-Ahvasin duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar gjyshen time - ose nënën time - duke treguar se ajo e ka dëgjuar Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) te Xhemreja kur njerëzit ishin grumbulluar shumë, e ai tha: "O ju njerëz, mos e vritni veten tuaj! Gjuani me gurë të vegjël (si kokrrat e kripës)."

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ
سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْأَحْوَصِ ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ جَدَّتِي -
أَوْ أُمِّي - تُحَدِّثُ «أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عِنْدَ
الْجَمْرَةِ وَقَدِ ازْدَحَمَ النَّاسُ، فَقَالَ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ،
لَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمُ، ارْمُوا بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ».

- Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, he said: I heard Sulayman ibn 'Amr ibn al-Ahwas saying: I heard my grandmother - or my mother - narrating that she heard the Prophet (pbuh) at the Jamrah while the people were crowding, and he said: "O people, do not kill yourselves; throw with pebbles like the size of date-stones."
