1767 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ibrahim bin el-Muhaxhiri, i cili ka thënë:
Kam dëgjuar Ebu Bekr bin el-Harith bin Hisham el-Kureshin duke thënë: «Mervan bin el-Hakemi dërgoi dikë te Umm Ma'kili - një grua nga fisi Eshxha - dhe ajo grua tha: Kisha për detyrë një Umre, ndërsa burri im kishte caktuar një deve të re të tijën për në rrugë të Allahut. Unë i kërkova atij që të ma jepte atë që të bëja Umren me të, por ai tha: Unë e kam caktuar atë për në rrugë të Allahut. Atëherë shkova te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Vërtet, Haxhi dhe Umreja janë nga rruga e Allahut. Kështu, ai e urdhëroi atë që t'ia jepte asaj që të bënte Umren me të. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) gjithashtu tha: Një Umre në Ramazan është si një Haxh, ose tha: vlen sa një Haxh».
Shube ka thënë: Më ka treguar Ebu Bishri, nga Seid bin Xhubejri, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i ka thënë kështu asaj gruaje në mënyrë të veçantë.

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ ، قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ الْقُرَشِيَّ ،
يَقُولُ: «أَرْسَلَ مَرْوَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ إِلَى أُمِّ مَعْقِلٍ -
امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَشْجَعَ - فَقَالَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ: كَانَتْ عَلَيَّ
عُمْرَةٌ، وَإِنَّ زَوْجِي جَعَلَ بَكْرًا لَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ،
فَطَلَبْتُ إِلَيْهِ أَنْ يُعْطِيَنِيهِ أَعْتَمِرُ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ:
إِنِّي جَعَلْتُهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ
النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: إِنَّ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ مِنْ سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَأَمَرَهُ
أَنْ يُعْطِيَهَا تَعْتَمِرُ عَلَيْهِ. وَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: عُمْرَةٌ
فِي رَمَضَانَ كَحَجَّةٍ أَوْ قَالَ: تُجْزِئُ بِحَجَّةٍ» قَالَ شُعْبَةُ:
فَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: إِنَّمَا
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِتِلْكَ الْمَرْأَةِ خَاصَّةً.
1767 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn al-Muhajir, who said: I heard Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham al-Qurashi saying: "Marwan ibn al-Hakam sent for Umm Ma'qil - a woman from Ashja' - and the woman said: I was obliged to perform Umrah, and my husband had designated a young camel of his for the sake of Allah. I asked him to give it to me so I could perform Umrah on it, but he said: 'I have designated it for the sake of Allah.' So I went to the Prophet (saw), and the Prophet (saw) said: 'Indeed, Hajj and Umrah are from the sake of Allah,' and he commanded him to give it to her to perform Umrah on it. And the Prophet (saw) said: 'An Umrah in Ramadan is like a Hajj,' or he said: 'It suffices as a Hajj.'"
Shu'bah said: Abu Bishr narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, who said: "The Prophet (saw) only said that specifically for that woman."
