1029 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Mehdiu, nga Muhamed bin Abdilah bin Ebi Jakub, nga el-Hasen bin Sa'd, maula i el-Hasen bin Aliut, i cili ka thënë: «Kur i erdhi Pejgamberit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) lajmi për vrasjen e Xhaferit dhe shokëve të tij, ai i la familjen e Xhaferit të qetë për tri ditë, pastaj erdhi tek ata dhe tha: 'Më nxirrni djemtë e vëllait tim'. Tha: Atëherë u nxorën tre djem, sikur të ishin zogj të vegjël; u nxorën Abdullahu, Avni dhe Muhamedi. Ai thirri berberin dhe ua rroi kokat e tyre, e pastaj tha: 'Sa i përket Avnit, ai i ngjan pamjes dhe moralit tim, ndërsa Muhamedi i ngjan axhës tonë Ebu Talibit'. Pastaj mori dorën e Abdullahut, e ngriti lart dhe tha: 'O Allah, zëvendësoje Xhaferin te familja e tij dhe bekoje Abdullahun në tregtinë e tij'. Tha: Nëna e tyre filloi të gëzohej për ta, ndërsa Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'A ke frikë varfërinë për ta, ndërkohë që unë jam mbrojtësi i tyre në këtë botë dhe në botën tjetër?'».
Kështu e ka transmetuar Ebu Davudi, ndërsa e ka transmetuar Vehb bin Xheriri nga babai i tij, nga Muhamed bin Ebi Jakub, nga el-Hasen bin Sa'd, nga Abdullah bin Xhaferi, i cili ka thënë: Nëna jonë na solli te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).

- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيٌّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ
عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ مَوْلَى
الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: «لَمَّا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - قَتْلُ
جَعْفَرٍ وَأَصْحَابِهِ أَمْهَلَ آلَ جَعْفَرٍ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ أَتَاهُمْ
فَقَالَ: أَخْرِجُوا إِلَيَّ وَلَدَ أَخِي، قَالَ: فَأُخْرِجَ ثَلَاثَةٌ
كَأَنَّهُمْ أَفْرُخٌ، فَأُخْرِجَ عَبْدُ اللهِ وَعَوْنٌ وَمُحَمَّدٌ،
فَدَعَا الْحَلَّاقَ فَحَلَقَ رُءُوسَهُمْ، وَقَالَ: أَمَّا عَوْنٌ
فَأَشْبَهَ خَلْقِي وَخُلُقِي، وَأَمَّا مُحَمَّدٌ فَأَشْبَهَ عَمَّنَا
أَبَا طَالِبٍ، وَأَخْذَ بِيَدِ عَبْدِ اللهِ فَأَشَالَهَا وَقَالَ:
اللَّهُمَّ اخْلُفْ جَعْفَرًا فِي أَهْلِهِ، وَبَارِكْ لِعَبْدِ اللهِ فِي
صَفْقَةِ يَمِينِهِ، قَالَ: وَجَعَلَتْ أُمُّهُمْ تَفْرَحُ لَهُمْ، فَقَالَ
رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: آلْعَيْلَةَ وَأَنَا وَلِيُّهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا
وَالْآخِرَةِ»؟.
هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، وَرَوَاهُ وَهْبُ بْنُ
جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ عَنِ
الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: جَاءَتْ
بِنَا أُمُّنَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
1029 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Mahdi narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Abdillah ibn Abi Ya'qub, from al-Hasan ibn Sa'd, the freed slave of al-Hasan ibn Ali, who said: "When the news of the killing of Ja'far and his companions reached the Messenger of Allah (saw), he gave the family of Ja'far three days of respite. Then he came to them and said: 'Bring out the children of my brother to me.' He said: So three were brought out as if they were chicks; Abdullah, Awn, and Muhammad were brought out. He called for a barber and he shaved their heads, and he said: 'As for Awn, he resembles my physical appearance and my character. As for Muhammad, he resembles our uncle Abu Talib.' Then he took the hand of Abdullah, raised it, and said: 'O Allah, be the successor to Ja'far for his family, and bless Abdullah in his business dealings.' He said: Their mother began to rejoice for them, so the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Do you fear poverty for them while I am their guardian in this world and the Hereafter?'"
This is how Abu Dawud narrated it, and it was also narrated by Wahb ibn Jarir from his father, from Muhammad ibn Abi Ya'qub, from al-Hasan ibn Sa'd, from Abdullah ibn Ja'far who said: Our mother brought us to the Prophet (saw).
