Na ka treguar Malik b. Enesi, nga Salim Ebu en-Nadri, nga Ibn Xherhedi, nga Xherhedi se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kaloi pranë tij ndërkohë që ai kishte zbuluar kofshën e tij, e i tha: "O Xherhed, mbuloje kofshën tënde, sepse ajo është pjesë e auretit."

- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ جَرْهَدٍ ، عَنْ جَرْهَدٍ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - مَرَّ بِهِ وَقَدْ
كَشَفَ عَنْ فَخِذِهِ، فَقَالَ: يَا جَرْهَدُ، خَمِّرْ فَخِذَكَ
فَإِنَّهَا مِنَ الْعَوْرَةِ».
1272 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Malik ibn Anas narrated to us, from Salim Abu al-Nadr, from Ibn Jarhad, from Jarhad:
That the Prophet (pbuh) passed by him while he had uncovered his thigh, so he said: 'O Jarhad, cover your thigh, for it is part of the 'awrah.'
