- وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - أَتَى
بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَقْرَنَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ عَظِيمَيْنِ مَوْجُوءَيْنِ
فَأَضْجَعَ أَحَدَهُمَا [وَقَالَ: " بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ،
اللَّهُمَّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ " ثَمَّ أَضْجَعَ الْآخَرَ
فَقَالَ: "بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأُمَّتِهِ
مَنْ شَهِدَ لَكَ بِالتَّوْحِيدِ وَشَهِدَ لِي بِالْبَلَاغِ» ".
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ. وَلِجَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ بِاخْتِصَارٍ.

5969 - And on the authority of Jabir bin 'Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was brought two horned, black-and-white, large, and castrated rams. He laid one of them down [and said: "In the name of Allah, and Allah is Greatest. O Allah, on behalf of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad."] Then he laid the other one down and said: "In the name of Allah, and Allah is Greatest, on behalf of Muhammad and his nation—those who witnessed Your Oneness and witnessed my conveyance of the message."]
5969 - Dhe nga Xhabir bin Abdullahu përcillet: «Se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) solli dy desh me brirë, laroshë, të mëdhenj dhe të tredhur. Ai e shtriu njërin prej tyre [dhe tha: "Bismil-lah vallahu ekber, o Allah, kjo është për Muhamedin dhe familjen e Muhamedit"]. Pastaj e shtriu tjetrin dhe tha: "Bismil-lah vallahu ekber, kjo është për Muhamedin dhe umetin e tij, për ata që dëshmuan për Ty njëshmërinë dhe dëshmuan për mua kumtimin (e shpalljes)"».
E ka transmetuar Ebu Jala, dhe isnadi i tij është i mirë (hasen). Xhabiri ka edhe një hadith tjetër të cilin e ka transmetuar Ebu Davudi në formë të shkurtuar.
