- وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ السُّلَمِيِّ أَنَّهُ «سَأَلَ
رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: قُلْتُ: مَا تَقُولُ فِي الضَّبُعِ؟ قَالَ: "
لَا آكُلُهُ، وَلَا أَنْهَى عَنْهُ ". قُلْتُ: مَا لَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ،
فَإِنِّي آكُلُ مِنْهُ.
قُلْتُ: مَا تَقُولُ فِي الْأَرْنَبِ؟ قَالَ: "
لَا آكُلُهَا، وَلَا أُحَرِّمُهَا ". قُلْتُ: مَا لَمْ تُحَرِّمْهُ،
فَإِنِّي آكُلُهُ.
قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مَا تَقُولُ فِي الثَّعْلَبِ؟ قَالَ: " وَيَأْكُلُ ذَلِكَ أَحَدٌ؟ ".
قُلْتُ: مَا تَقُولُ فِي الذِّئْبِ؟ قَالَ: " وَيَأْكُلُ ذَلِكَ أَحَدٌ؟».
رَوَاهُ
الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَفِيهِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ،
وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ مِنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ،
وَغَيْرُهُ.

6080 - And from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Mughaffal al-Sulami that he asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), saying: I said, "What do you say regarding the hyena?" He said, "I do not eat it, and I do not forbid it." I said, "As long as he does not forbid it, then I shall eat of it." I said, "What do you say regarding the rabbit?" He said, "I do not eat it, and I do not prohibit it." I said, "As long as you do not prohibit it, then I shall eat it." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you say regarding the fox?" He said, "And does anyone eat that?" I said, "What do you say regarding the wolf?" He said, "And does anyone eat that?"
6080 - Dhe nga Abdurrahman bin Mugaffel es-Sulemi se ai e pyeti të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.): "Çfarë thua për hienën?" Ai tha: "Unë nuk e ha atë, por as nuk e ndaloj." Thashë: "Përderisa nuk e ka ndaluar, unë do të ha prej saj."
Thashë: "Çfarë thua për lepurin?" Ai tha: "Unë nuk e ha atë, por as nuk e bëj haram." Thashë: "Përderisa nuk e keni bërë haram, unë do ta ha atë."
Thashë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, çfarë thua për dhelprën?" Ai tha: "A e ha dikush atë?"
Thashë: "Çfarë thua për ujkun?" Ai tha: "A e ha dikush atë?"
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në 'el-Kebir', dhe në të është el-Hasan bin Ebi Xhafer, të cilin një grup imamësh e kanë konsideruar të dobët, ndërsa Ibn Adiu dhe të tjerë e kanë konsideruar të besueshëm.
