- وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ «أَنَّ مَوْلًى لِعُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ
سَأَلَهُ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهُ مَالًا يَتَّجِرُ فِيهِ، وَالرِّبْحُ
بَيْنَهُمَا، فَأَعْطَاهُ عِشْرِينَ أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ فَاشْتَرَى بِهِ
خَمْرًا، ثُمَّ قَدِمَ بِهِ الْأُبُلَّةَ فَخَرَجَ إِلَيْهِ عُثْمَانُ،
فَلَمْ يَدَعْ مِنْهَا دِنًّا، وَلَا غَيْرَهُ إِلَّا كَسَرَهُ، وَقَالَ
عُثْمَانُ: إِنَّ
رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - لَعَنَ الْخَمْرَ وَشَارِبَهَا، وَمُشْتَرِيَهَا، وَبَائِعَهَا، وَعَاصِرَهَا، وَحَامِلَهَا».

الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَالْكَبِيرِ وَزَادَ فِيهِ:
وَمُعْتَصِرَهَا، وَالْمَحْمُولَةَ إِلَيْهِ، وَآكِلَ ثَمَنِهَا.
وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِيسَى الْخَزَّازُ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.

6409 - And from al-Hasan, that a freed slave of 'Uthman bin Abi al-'As asked him to give him capital to trade with, with the profit being shared between them. He gave him twenty thousand dirhams, and he bought wine with it. Then he arrived with it at al-Ubullah, so 'Uthman went out to him and did not leave a single wine-jar or anything else of it except that he broke it. 'Uthman said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) cursed wine, its drinker, its buyer, its seller, the one who presses it, and its carrier." It was narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Awsat and al-Kabir, and he added therein: "the one for whom it is pressed, the one to whom it is carried, and the one who consumes its price."
6409 - Nga el-Haseni transmetohet se një i liruar (mevla) i Uthman bin Ebi el-Asit i kërkoi atij t'i jepte pasuri për të bërë tregti me të, me kusht që fitimi të ndahej mes tyre. Ai i dha njëzet mijë dërhemë, me të cilët ai bleu verë (alkool). Pastaj erdhi me të në el-Ubuleh. Uthmani doli tek ai dhe nuk la asnjë qyp apo diçka tjetër pa e thyer. Uthmani tha: "I Dërguari i Allahut
(s.a.v.s.) e ka mallkuar verën, atë që e pi, atë që e blen, atë që e shet, atë që e shtrydh dhe atë që e mbart."
E ka transmetuar et-Taberaniu në 'el-Evsat' dhe 'el-Kebir', dhe ka shtuar në të: "atë për të cilin shtrydhet, atë tek i cili mbartet dhe atë që e ha çmimin (fitimin) e saj."
Në të është Abdullah bin Isa el-Hazzaz, i cili është i dobët.
