- عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: وَمَا اتَّخَذَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - قَاضِيًا،
وَلَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَلَا عُمَرُ حَتَّى كَانَ فِي آخِرِ زَمَانِهِ قَالَ
لِيَزِيدَ ابْنِ أُخْتِ يُمَنٍ: " اكْفِنِي بَعْضَ الْأُمُورِ " يَعْنِي
صِغَارَهَا.
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ.

On the authority of Ibn Umar, who said: Neither the Prophet (pbuh), nor Abu Bakr, nor Umar appointed a judge until towards the end of his [Umar's] time, when he said to Yazid, the son of the sister of Yuman: "Handle some matters for me," meaning the minor ones.
7008 - Nga Ibn Umeri, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) nuk ka emëruar gjykatës, as Ebu Bekri, as Umeri, derisa në fund të kohës së tij, ai i tha Jezidit, djalit të motrës së Jumenit: "Më ndihmo në disa çështje", që do të thotë në ato të voglat.
E ka transmetuar Ebu Jala dhe burrat e tij janë burrat e Sahihut.
