- وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ: " «لَا
مُسَاعَاةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَمَنْ سَاعَى فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، فَقَدْ
أُلْحِقَ بِعُصْبَتِهِ وَمَنِ ادَّعَى وَلَدًا مِنْ غَيْرِ رِشْدَةٍ فَلَا
يَرِثُ، وَلَا يُورَثُ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ.

7158 - And from Ibn 'Abbas, he said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "There is no mus'a'ah (prostitution of slave-girls for profit) in Islam; and whoever practiced mus'a'ah during the Pre-Islamic Period of Ignorance (Jahiliyyah), then he has been joined to his paternal kin, and whoever claims a child born out of wedlock, then he does not inherit, nor is he inherited from."
7158 - Dhe nga Ibn Abbasi transmetohet se ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Nuk ka musa'ah (prostitucion) në Islam. Kushdo që ka bërë musa'ah në kohën e injorancës (Xhahilijetit), ai i është bashkëngjitur farefisit të tij. Dhe kushdo që pretendon një fëmijë jashtë martesës (nga zinaja), ai nuk trashëgon dhe as nuk trashëgohet prej tij».
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në 'el-Evsat', dhe në të është Amër bin el-Husejn el-Ukajli, i cili është metruk (i braktisur).
