- وَعَنِ الْبَرَاءِ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَا: «كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ
اللَّهِ - ﷺ - يَوْمَ غَدِيرِ خُمٍّ، وَنَحْنُ نَرْفَعُ غُصْنَ
الشَّجَرَةِ عَنْ رَأْسِهِ فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِي
وَلَا لِأَهْلِ بَيْتِي، لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ
أَبِيهِ، وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ، الْوَلَدُ
[لِصَاحِبِ] الْفِرَاشِ
وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، لَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ مُوسَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.

7855 - And on the authority of Al-Bara' and Zayd bin Arqam, who both said: "We were with the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) on the day of Ghadir Khumm, and we were lifting the branch of the tree away from his head, when he said: 'Indeed, charity is not permissible for me nor for the members of my household. May Allah curse whoever claims affiliation to other than his father, and may Allah curse whoever takes as masters other than his rightful masters. The child belongs to the [owner of] the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. There is no bequest for an heir.'"
7855 - Dhe nga el-Bera' dhe Zejd b. Erkam, të cilët kanë thënë: "Ishim me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në ditën e Gadir Humit, ndërsa ne po ngrinim degën e pemës nga koka e tij, kur ai tha: 'Vërtet, lëmosha (sadakaja) nuk është e lejuar për mua dhe as për familjen time (ehli bejtin). Allahu e mallkoftë atë që pretendon tjetërkënd për baba përveç babait të tij, dhe Allahu e mallkoftë atë që merr për mbrojtës (meula) tjetërkënd përveç mbrojtësve të tij. Fëmija i takon [pronarit të] shtratit,
ndërsa për imoralin është guri (privimi). Nuk ka testament për trashëgimtarin'."
E shënon et-Taberaniu, dhe në të është Musa b. Uthman el-Hadramiu, i cili është i dobët (daif).
