- وَعَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ قَالَتْ: «مَرَرْتُ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -
وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ بِالْحِجْرِ فَقَالَ: " يَا أُمَّ الْفَضْلِ " قُلْتُ:
لَبَّيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ: " إِنَّكِ حَامِلٌ بِغُلَامٍ "
قُلْتُ: وَكَيْفَ وَقَدْ تَحَالَفَتْ قُرَيْشٌ أَنْ لَا يَأْتُوا
النِّسَاءَ؟ قَالَ: " هُوَ مَا أَقُولُ فَإِذَا وَضَعْتِيهِ فَائْتِينِي
بِهِ " قَالَتْ: فَلَمَّا وَضَعْتُهُ أَتَيْتُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ -
فَأَذَّنَ فِي أُذُنِهِ الْيُمْنَى وَأَقَامَ فِي أُذُنِهِ الْيُسْرَى،
وَأَلْبَأَهُ مِنْ رِيقِهِ وَسَمَّاهُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: "
اذْهَبِي بِأَبِي الْخُلَفَاءِ " قَالَتْ: فَأَتَيْتُ الْعَبَّاسَ
فَأَعْلَمْتُهُ، وَكَانَ رَجُلًا لَبَّاسًا جَمِيلًا مَدِيدَ الْقَامَةِ
فَتَلَبَّسَ، ثُمَّ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ -، فَلَمَّا رَآهُ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ
-، قَامَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَبَّلَ مَا بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَقْعَدَهُ عَنْ
يَمِينِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: " هَذَا عَمِّيَ فَمَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيُبَاهِ
بِعَمِّهِ ". فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ: بَعْضُ الْقَوْلِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ.
قَالَ: " وَلِمَ لَا أَقُولُ هَذَا يَا عَمُّ وَأَنْتَ عَمِّي وَبَقِيَّةُ
آبَائِي وَوَارِثِي، وَخَيْرُ مَنْ أَخْلُفُ مِنْ بَعْدِي مِنْ أَهْلِي؟! "
قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَتْ أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ كَذَا وَكَذَا.
قَالَ: " هِيَ يَا عَبَّاسُ بَعْدَ ثِنْتَيْنِ وَثَلَاثِينَ وَمِائَةٍ،
ثُمَّ مِنْكُمُ السَّفَّاحُ وَالْمَنْصُورُ وَالْمَهْدِيُّ، وَهِيَ فِي
أَوْلَادِهِمْ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرُهُمِ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي بِالْمَسِيحِ
عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ الْهِلَالِيُّ وَقَدِ اتُّهِمَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ.

8956 - And on the authority of Umm al-Fadl, who said: "I passed by the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) while he was sitting in the Hijr, and he said: 'O Umm al-Fadl.' I replied: 'At your service, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'Indeed, you are pregnant with a boy.' I said: 'How so, when the Quraysh have made a pact not to approach their women?' He said: 'It is as I say, so when you give birth to him, bring him to me.' She said: 'So when I gave birth to him, I brought him to the Prophet (pbuh). He called the Adhan in his right ear and the Iqamah in his left ear, moistened his mouth with his saliva, and named him Abdullah. Then he said: "Go with the father of the caliphs."' She said: 'So I went to al-Abbas and informed him. He was a man who dressed elegantly, handsome, and of tall stature. He dressed up and then came to the Prophet (pbuh). When the Prophet (pbuh) saw him, he stood up for him, kissed him between his eyes, seated him on his right, and then said: "This is my uncle, so whoever wishes, let him boast of his uncle." Al-Abbas said: "Limit your praise, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "And why should I not say this, O uncle, when you are my uncle, the remnant of my fathers, my heir, and the best of those I leave behind from my family?!" I said: "O Messenger of Allah, Umm al-Fadl said such and such." He said: "It [the caliphate] shall be, O Abbas, after one hundred and thirty-two [years]. Then from among you shall be as-Saffah, al-Mansur, and al-Mahdi; and it shall remain among their children until the last of them is the one who prays with the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary."

- Dhe nga Ummul Fadl, e cila ka thënë: «Kalova pranë të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ndërsa ai ishte ulur në Hixhr, dhe ai tha: "O Ummul Fadl!" Unë thashë: "Të përgjigjem, o i Dërguari i Allahut." Ai tha: "Ti je shtatzënë me një djalë." Unë thashë: "Si, kur Kurejshët janë betuar të mos u afrohen grave?" Ai tha: "Është ashtu siç po të them, dhe kur ta lindësh, ma sjell atë." Ajo tha: Kur e linda, e solla te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), dhe ai thirri ezanin në veshin e tij të djathtë dhe ikametin në veshin e tij të majtë, e leu gojën e tij me pështymën e tij dhe e emërtoi Abdullah, pastaj tha: "Shko me babanë e kalifëve." Ajo tha: Shkova te Abbasi dhe e njoftova, e ai ishte një burrë që vishej bukur, i pashëm dhe shtatlartë. Ai u vesh dhe pastaj erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.). Kur Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e pa, u ngrit drejt tij, e puthi mes syve, pastaj e uli në të djathtë të tij dhe tha: "Ky është axha im, andaj kush të dojë, le të mburret me axhën e tij." Abbasi tha: Disa fjalë (janë të tepërta), o i Dërguari i Allahut. Ai tha: "E pse të mos e them këtë, o axhë, kur ti je axha im, mbetja e baballarëve të mi, trashëgimtari im dhe më i miri që po lë pas meje nga familja ime?!" Unë thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, Ummul Fadl tha kështu e kështu. Ai tha: "Ajo (pushteti), o Abbas, do të jetë pas njëqind e tridhjetë e dy (vitesh), pastaj prej jush do të jetë es-Seffahu, el-Mansuri dhe el-Mehdiu, dhe ajo do të mbetet te pasardhësit e tyre derisa i fundit prej tyre të jetë ai që do të falet me Mesihun, Isain, birin e Merjemes».
E ka shënuar Taberaniu në el-Evsat, dhe në të është Ahmed bin Rashid el-Hilali, i cili është akuzuar për këtë hadith.
