- وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: «قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -
عَلَى بَيْتٍ فِيهِ نَفَرٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَأَخَذَ بِعِضَادَتَيِ الْبَابِ
فَقَالَ: " هَلْ فِي الْبَيْتِ إِلَّا قُرَشِيٌّ؟ " فَقَالُوا: [لَا]
إِلَّا ابْنَ أُخْتٍ لَنَا. فَقَالَ: " ابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ "
ثُمَّ قَالَ: " إِنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ فِي قُرَيْشٍ مَا إِذَا
اسْتُرْحِمُوا رَحِمُوا، وَإِذَا حَكَمُوا عَدَلُوا، وَإِذَا أَقْسَمُوا
أَقْسَطُوا، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُمْ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ
اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ.

8987 - And on the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) stood at a house in which there was a group from Quraysh. He took hold of the two doorposts of the door and said: 'Is there anyone in the house except a Qurayshite?' They said: 'No, except for a son of a sister of ours.' He said: 'The son of a people's sister is one of them.' Then he said: 'Indeed, this matter is within Quraysh as long as they show mercy when mercy is sought from them, judge with justice when they judge, and are equitable when they distribute. And whoever among them does not do that, then upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind.'"
8987 - Dhe nga Ebu Seid el-Hudriu ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u ndal te një shtëpi ku ishin një grup njerëzish nga Kurejshët, kapi dy anët e derës dhe tha: "A ka në shtëpi tjetërkush përveç Kurejshëve?" Ata thanë: [Jo] përveç djalit të motrës sonë. Ai tha: "Djali i motrës së një populli llogaritet prej tyre."
Pastaj tha: "Vërtet, kjo çështje (udhëheqja) është te Kurejshët, përderisa ata mëshirojnë kur u kërkohet mëshirë, gjykojnë me drejtësi kur gjykojnë dhe ndajnë me paanësi kur ndajnë. Kushdo prej tyre që nuk e bën këtë, mbi të qoftë mallkimi i Allahut, i engjëjve dhe i të gjithë njerëzve."».
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në "es-Sagir" dhe "el-Evsat", dhe transmetuesit e tij janë të besueshëm.
