- وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: «مِنْ
وَلِيَ عَشْرَةً فَحَكَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَحَبُّوا أَوْ كَرِهُوا جِيءَ
بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولَةٌ يَدُهُ إِلَى عُنُقِهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ
حَكَمَ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ، وَلَمْ يَحِفْ فِي حُكْمٍ وَلَمْ يَرْتَشِ
أُطْلِقَتْ يَمِينُهُ ".
فَقَالَ بَعْضُ جُلَسَاءِ عَطَاءٍ: يَا أَبَا
مُحَمَّدٍ وَمَا بُدُّ مِنْ غُلٍّ؟ قَالَ: إِي وَرَبِّ هَذِهِ الْبِنْيَةِ.
وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ سَعْدَانُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ.

9043 - And on the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever is appointed over ten people and judges between them in what they love or what they hate, he shall be brought on the Day of Resurrection with his hand shackled to his neck; then if he had judged by what Allah revealed, and did not act unjustly in judgment, and did not take a bribe, his right hand shall be released." Some of those sitting with Ata said: "O Abu Muhammad, is a shackle inevitable?" He replied: "Yes, by the Lord of this Structure," and he pointed with his hand toward the Kaaba.
9043 - Dhe nga Ibn Abbasi transmetohet se ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kushdo që udhëheq dhjetë veta dhe gjykon mes tyre, qoftë në atë që ata e duan apo e urrejnë, do të sillet në Ditën e Kiametit me dorën e tij të lidhur në qafë. Nëse ka gjykuar me atë që ka zbritur Allahu, nuk ka bërë padrejtësi në gjykim dhe nuk ka marrë ryshfet, dora e tij e djathtë do të lirohet."
Disa nga bashkëbiseduesit e Ataut thanë: "O Ebu Muhamed, a është e pashmangshme pranga?" Ai tha: "Po, pasha Zotin e kësaj ndërtese," dhe bëri me shenjë me dorën e tij drejt Qabesë.
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në el-Evsat, dhe në të është Sa'dan bin el-Velid, të cilin nuk e njoh.
