- عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: إِنَّ الْأَمِيرَ إِذَا
أُمِّرَ كَانَتْ لَهُ بِطَانَتَانِ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، بِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ
بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ، وَبِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِمَعْصِيَتِهِ، وَهُوَ مَعَ
مَنْ أَطَاعَ مِنْهُمَا.
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ. وَالْقَاسِمُ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ.

9062 - On the authority of Al-Qasim, who said: Abdullah said: Indeed, when a leader is appointed, he has two inner circles from among his people: an inner circle that commands him to obey Allah, and an inner circle that commands him to disobey Him; and he is with whichever of the two he obeys.

- Nga el-Kasimi, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Abdullahu: Vërtet, udhëheqësi kur
emërohet, ai ka dy rrethe shoqëruesish nga njerëzit e tij: një rreth që e urdhëron atë
për bindje ndaj Allahut, dhe një rreth që e urdhëron atë për mosbindje ndaj Tij. Dhe ai është me
atë që i bindet prej tyre.
E ka transmetuar et-Taberaniu. El-Kasimi nuk e ka arritur Ibn Mes'udin.
