- وَعَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ، وَأَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَا: قَالَ رَسُولُ
اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: " «إِنَّ الْأَمِيرَ إِذَا ابْتَغَى الرِّيبَةَ فِي
النَّاسِ أَفْسَدَهُمْ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ.

9083 - And on the authority of Utbah bin Abd and Abu Umamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Indeed, when the leader seeks out suspicion among the people, he corrupts them."

- Dhe nga Utbe bin Abdi dhe Ebu Umame, të cilët kanë thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): "Vërtet, kur udhëheqësi kërkon dyshimin te njerëzit, ai i prish ata."
