- وَعَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ عُمَرَ - وَكَانَ حَلِيفًا لِأَبِي سُفْيَانَ فِي
الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ - عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «يَا
أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِي وَلَا لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ مَغَانِمِ
الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا يَزِنُ هَذِهِ الْوَبَرَةَ - وَأَخَذَ وَبَرَةً مِنْ
غَارِبِ نَاقَتِهِ - بَعْدَ الَّذِي فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لِي».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ شَهْرُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.

9745 - And on the authority of Kharijah bin 'Umar - who was a confederate of Abu Sufyan in the pre-Islamic period - from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) that he said: "O people, it is not permissible for me, nor for anyone else, to take from the spoils of the Muslims what weighs as much as this hair - and he took a tuft of hair from the hump of his she-camel - beyond what Allah has ordained for me."
9745 - Dhe nga Harixhe bin Umeri - i cili ishte aleat i Ebu Sufjanit në kohën e injorancës - nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) se ai ka thënë: «O ju njerëz, nuk më lejohet mua dhe as askujt tjetër prej plaçkës së luftës të muslimanëve as sa pesha e kësaj fijeje leshi - dhe mori një fije leshi nga gunga e devesë së tij - pas asaj që Allahu ka caktuar për mua».
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu dhe në të është Shehr bin Haushabi, i cili është i dobët.
