Hadith #10491 - Majma al-Zawaid - The Compilation of Extra Narrations and the Source of Benefits

١٠٤٩١ - وَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ».
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ. وَفِي الطَّبَرَانِيِّ: «عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ابْنِ بِنْتِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ:
مَرَّ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ بِالْحِيرَةِ، فَإِذَا قَوْمٌ قَدْ نَصَبُوا ثَعْلَبًا يَرْمُونَهُ غَرَضًا
فَوَقَفَ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - يَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ».
فَإِنْ كَانَ الْمُغِيرَةَ ابْنَ بِنْتِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَشْكُرِيَّ، فَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ غَيْرَهُ، فَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ.
وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ حَدِيثُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ فِي الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ.

#10491 10491 - And on the authority of al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade mutilation." It was reported by Ahmad, on the authority of a man from the descendants of al-Mughirah, on the authority of al-Mughirah. And in al-Tabarani: "On the authority of al-Mughirah, the son of the daughter of al-Mughirah, who said: Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah passed by al-Hirah, and there were people who had set up a fox and were shooting at it as a target. He stopped before them and said: 'Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbidding mutilation.'"

10491 - Dhe nga el-Mugira b. Shu'be ka thënë:
«I Dërguari i Allahut - (s.a.v.s.) - ka ndaluar gjymtimin (el-muthle)».
E ka transmetuar Ahmedi, nga një burrë prej fëmijëve të el-Mugirës, nga el-Mugira.
Dhe te et-Taberaniu: «Nga el-Mugira b. bint el-Mugira ka thënë:
el-Mugira b. Shu'be kaloi nga el-Hira, kur pa një popull që kishin vendosur një dhelpër dhe e gjuanin si shënjestër.
Ai u ndal para tyre dhe tha: Unë e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut - (s.a.v.s.) - duke ndaluar gjymtimin».
Nëse ky është el-Mugira b. bint el-Mugira b. Abdilah el-Jeshkuri, ai është i besueshëm (thika), e nëse është dikush tjetër, nuk e njoh atë.
Dhe tashmë ka kaluar hadithi i Imran b. Husajnit në kapitullin e betimeve dhe premtimeve.
