١٠٥٥٥ - وَعَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ الْقُرَشِيِّ قَالَ: «كُنْتُ عِنْدَ بِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ، فَقَالَ: أَصْلَحَ اللَّهُ الْأَمِيرَ، إِنَّ أَهْلَ الطَّفِّ لَا يُؤَدُّونَ زَكَاةَ أَمْوَالِهِمْ، فَقَالَ: وَمَا كَانَ؟ قَالَ: قَدْ عَلِمْتُ ذَلِكَ فَأَخْبَرْتُ الْأَمِيرَ، فَقَالَ: مِمَّنْ أَنْتَ؟ فَقَالَ: مِنْ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ، فَقَالَ: مَا اسْمُكَ؟ قَالَ: فُلَانُ ابْنُ فُلَانٍ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَى صَاحِبِ شُرَطَتِهِ فَقَالَ: ابْعَثْ
إِلَى عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ فَسَلْ عَنْ فُلَانِ ابْنِ فُلَانٍ كَيْفَ حَسَبُهُ فِيهِمْ، فَرَجَعَ الرَّسُولُ، فَقَالَ: وَجَدْتُهُ يُغْمَزُ فِي حَسَبِهِ، فَقَالَ: اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: " لَا يَبْغِي عَلَى النَّاسِ، إِلَّا وَلَدُ بَغْيٍ، وَإِلَّا مَنْ فِيهِ عِرْقٌ مِنْهُ» ".
وَقَالَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ: " لَا يَسْعَى " بَدَلَ: " لَا يَبْغِي ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ. وَأَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْقُرَشِيُّ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ.
#10555 10555 - And on the authority of Abu al-Walid al-Qurashi, who said: I was with Bilal ibn Abi Burdah when a man from Abd al-Qays came and said: May Allah rectify the Amir, indeed the people of al-Taff do not pay the Zakat on their wealth. He said: What was the matter? He replied: I have known that, so I informed the Amir. He asked: From whom are you? He replied: From Abd al-Qays. He asked: What is your name? He replied: So-and-so, son of so-and-so. He then wrote to his chief of police saying: Send to Abd al-Qays and ask about so-and-so, son of so-and-so, how his lineage is among them. The messenger returned and said: I found that his lineage is disparaged. He then said: Allahu Akbar, my father narrated to me, from my grandfather Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "None transgresses against the people except a child of adultery, or one in whom there is a vein of it." And Abu al-Walid said: "does not strive [as a malicious informer]" instead of "does not transgress."

10555 - Dhe nga Ebu el-Velid el-Kureshiu, i cili ka thënë: «Isha te Bilal bin Ebi Burde, kur erdhi një burrë nga Abd el-Kajsi dhe tha: Allahu e përmirësoftë emirin, banorët e et-Taffit nuk e japin zeqatin e pasurisë së tyre. te Abd el-Kajsi dhe pyet për Filan bin Filanin, se si është prejardhja e tij mes tyre. I dërguari u kthye dhe tha: E gjeta atë me prejardhje të dyshimtë. Atëherë ai tha: Allahu Ekber! Më ka treguar babai im, nga gjyshi im Ebu Musa, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): "Nuk u bën padrejtësi njerëzve, përveçse një fëmijë i paligjshëm, ose ai që ka një damar prej tij»".

Dhe Ebu el-Velid ka thënë: "Nuk nxiton (për shpifje)" në vend të: "Nuk u bën padrejtësi".

E ka transmetuar et-Taberaniu. Ebu el-Velid el-Kureshiun nuk e njoh, ndërsa pjesa tjetër e transmetuesve të tij janë të besueshëm.
