١٠٥٨٢ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: " «مَنْ خَالَفَ دِينُهُ، دِينَ الْإِسْلَامِ، فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ ".
وَقَالَ: " إِنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ; فَلَا سَبِيلَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ شَيْئًا فَيُقَامَ عَلَيْهِ حَدُّهُ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَفِيهِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ أَبَانٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
#10582 10582 - And on the authority of Ibn Abbas, from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), who said: "Whoever opposes his religion, the religion of Islam, then strike his neck." And he said: "If he bears witness that there is no deity but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, then there is no way against him unless he commits an act for which a prescribed legal punishment is carried out upon him."

- Dhe nga Ibn Abbasi, nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kushdo që ndryshon fenë e tij, fenë e Islamit, goditjani qafën."
Dhe ka thënë: "Nëse dëshmon se nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Allahut dhe se Muhamedi është i Dërguari i Allahut; atëherë nuk ka rrugë ndaj tij, përveç nëse bën diçka për të cilën i zbatohet dënimi i tij (haddi)."
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu, dhe në të është El-Hekem b. Eban, i cili është i dobët.
