١٠٥٨٧ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَاللَّاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ﴾ [النساء: ١٥]. قَالَ: كُنَّ يُحْبَسْنَ فِي الْبُيُوتِ فَإِذَا مَاتَتْ مَاتَتْ، وَإِنْ عَاشَتْ عَاشَتْ، حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ فِي النُّورِ: ﴿الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ﴾ [النور: ٢]. وَنَزَلَتْ سُورَةُ الْحُدُودِ فَمَنْ عَمِلَ شَيْئًا جُلِدَ وَأُرْسِلَ ..
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ
سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ. وَيَأْتِي حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي سُورَةِ النُّورِ.
