Hadith #10614 - Majma al-Zawaid - The Compilation of Extra Narrations and the Source of Benefits

١٠٦١٤ - وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ «أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - فَقَالَتْ إِنَّهَا قَدْ زَنَتْ، وَكَانَتْ حَامِلًا، فَقَالَ: " انْطَلِقِي حَتَّى تَضَعِي حَمْلَكِ ". وَلَوْ لَمْ تَرْجِعْ لَمْ يُرْسِلْ إِلَيْهَا، فَوَضَعَتْ حَمْلَهَا ثُمَّ أَتَتْهُ، فَقَالَ: " انْطَلِقِي حَتَّى تَفْطِمِي وَلَدَكِ ". فَأَتَتْهُ، وَلَوْ لَمْ تَأْتِهِ لَمْ يُرْسِلْ إِلَيْهَا، فَجَاءَتْ بَعْدَ مَا فَطَمَتْهُ فَرَجَمَهَا».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ نَبْهَانَ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ.

#10614 And from Anas bin Malik, that a woman came to the Prophet (pbuh) and said that she had committed adultery, and she was pregnant. He said: "Go until you give birth to your child." And if she had not returned, he would not have sent for her. Then she gave birth to her child and came to him, and he said: "Go until you have weaned your child." Then she came to him—and if she had not come to him, he would not have sent for her—so she came after she had weaned him, and he stoned her.

- Dhe nga Enes bin Maliku: «Se një grua erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe tha se ajo kishte bërë zina, dhe ishte shtatzënë. Ai tha: "Shko derisa të lindësh barrën tënde." Dhe sikur ajo të mos kthehej, ai nuk do të dërgonte pas saj. Ajo lindi barrën e saj, pastaj erdhi tek ai, dhe ai tha: "Shko derisa ta mësosh fëmijën tënd me ushqim (ta shkëputësh nga gjiri)." Ajo erdhi tek ai, dhe sikur të mos vinte, ai nuk do të dërgonte pas saj. Ajo erdhi pasi e kishte shkëputur nga gjiri, dhe ai e gurëzoi atë».

E ka transmetuar Et-Taberaniu në 'El-Evsat', dhe në të është El-Harith bin Nebhan, i cili është i braktisur (metruk).
