١٠٦٢٤ - عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: " «لَيْسَ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ حَدٌّ حَتَّى تُحْصَنَ، فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَتْ بِزَوْجٍ، فَعَلَيْهَا نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ غَيْرَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ.
#10624 10624 - On the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "There is no prescribed punishment upon the bondwoman until she is married; then, if she is married to a husband, she shall be subject to half of what is prescribed for free married women."
