- وَعَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُرِّ ; «أَنَّ أَبَاهُ مَالِكًا،
وَعَمَّيْهِ عُبَيْدًا وَقَيْسًا بَنِي الْخَشْخَاشِ أَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ
- فَشَكَوْا
إِلَيْهِ إِغَارَةَ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَمِّهِمْ عَلَى النَّاسِ.
فَكَتَبَ
إِلَيْهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: " هَذَا كِتَابٌ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ
رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - لِمَالِكٍ وَعُبَيْدٍ ; أَنَّكُمْ آمِنُونَ
مُسْلِمُونَ بِأَمَانٍ عَلَى دِمَائِكُمْ وَأَمْوَالِكُمْ، لَا تُؤْخَذُونَ
بِجَرِيرَةِ غَيْرِكُمْ، وَلَا تَجْنِي عَلَيْكُمْ إِلَّا أَيْدِيكُمْ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ.

10706 - And from Husayn bin Abi al-Hurr; that his father Malik and his two uncles Ubayd and Qays, the sons of al-Khashkhash, came to the Prophet (pbuh) and complained to him about the raiding of a man from among their cousins against the people. So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) wrote to them: "This is a document from Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), for Malik and Ubayd; that you are safe and submitted as Muslims, with security for your lives and your properties. You shall not be held responsible for the crime of another, and nothing shall bring liability upon you except what your own hands have committed."
10706 - Dhe nga Husejn bin Ebi el-Hurr; «se babai i tij Maliku, dhe dy xhaxhallarët e tij Ubejdi dhe Kajsi, bijtë e el-Hashhashit, erdhën te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe u ankuan
tek ai për sulmet e një njeriu nga djemtë e xhaxhallarëve të tyre mbi njerëzit.
Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u shkroi atyre: "Ky është një shkrim nga Muhamedi, i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), për Malikun dhe Ubejdin; se ju jeni të sigurt, muslimanë me siguri për gjakun dhe pasurinë tuaj, nuk do të ndëshkoheni për krimin e tjetrit, dhe nuk do të ketë krim kundër jush përveç asaj që bëjnë duart tuaja»".
E transmeton et-Taberaniu, dhe ai është mursel, ndërsa pjesa tjetër e transmetuesve të tij janë të besueshëm.
