١٠٧٩٤ - عَنْ عَائِذِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: «قَالَ سَمِيرُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ الْجِسْرِيُّ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ أَخِي سَلَمَةَ بْنَ زُهَيْرٍ خَرَجَ يُهَاجِرُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، فَلَقِيَهُ رِعَاءُ رِكَابِكَ مِنْ بَنِي غِفَارٍ فَقَتَلُوهُ فِي الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ، وَقَدْ كَانَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمْ دَمٌ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ.
فَدَعَاهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - فَسَأَلَهُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالُوا: وَجَدْنَاهُ يَسُوقُ رِكَابَكَ، فَأَرَدْنَا أَخْذَهُ فَامْتَنَعَ مِنَّا، فَقَتَلْنَاهُ، فَلَا أَدْرِي: هَلْ حَلَّفَهُمْ أَوْ صَدَّقَهُمْ؟.
غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ سَأَلَهُ عَنْ إِسْلَامِ أَخِيهِ فَلَمْ يَجِدْ بَيِّنَةً، فَعَقَلَ لَهُ حُرْمَةَ الشَّهْرِ خَمْسِينَ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ. قَالَ: فَبَقِيَّةُ الْإِبِلِ فِي بَيْتِهِ أَفْضَلُ نَعَمٍ وَأَعْظَمُهُ بَرَكَةً».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَفِيهِ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ.
#10794 Narrated by 'A'idh bin Sa'id, who said: Samir bin Zuhayr al-Jisri said: "O Messenger of Allah, my brother Salamah bin Zuhayr set out migrating to Allah and His Messenger. Then the herders of your riding camels from the tribe of Banu Ghifar met him and killed him during the sacred month, and there had been blood feuds between us and them during the Pre-Islamic period (Jahiliyyah)." So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) summoned them and asked them about that, and they said: "We found him driving your riding camels, and we wanted to take him but he resisted us, so we killed him." I do not know whether he made them swear an oath or simply believed them. However, he had asked him for proof of his brother's Islam and found no clear evidence, so he paid the blood money for him, due to the sanctity of the month, which was fifty camels. He said: "The rest of the camels in his house were the finest of livestock and the greatest in blessing."

- Nga Aidh bin Said, i cili ka thënë: «Ka thënë Semir bin Zuhejr el-Xhisrij: O i Dërguari i Allahut, vëllai im Seleme bin Zuhejri doli për të emigruar te Allahu dhe i Dërguari i Tij, por e takuan barinjtë e deveve të tua nga fisi Benu Gifari dhe e vranë atë në muajin e shenjtë, ndërkohë që mes nesh dhe tyre kishte gjakmarrje në xhahilijet.

I Dërguari i Allahut - (s.a.v.s.) - i thirri ata dhe i pyeti për këtë, e ata thanë: 'E gjetëm duke i prirë deveve të tua, deshtëm t'ia merrnim por ai na u kundërvu, andaj e vramë'. Nuk e di: a i vuri në betim apo u besoi atyre?

Përveç kësaj, ai e pyeti për Islamin e vëllait të tij, por nuk gjeti dëshmi, kështu që dha dëmshpërblim (dije) për të për shkak të shenjtërisë së muajit, pesëdhjetë deve. Tha: 'Pjesa e mbetur e deveve në shtëpinë e tij ishin bagëtia më e mirë dhe me bereqetin më të madh'.»
