١٠٨٥٩ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: ﴿وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنْفِقُونَ قُلِ الْعَفْوَ﴾ [البقرة: ٢١٩] قَالَ: الْفَضْلُ عَلَى الْعِيَالِ.
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَهُوَ سَيِّئُ الْحِفْظِ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٢٢] وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٢٣].
#10859 10859 - On the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas regarding: {And they ask you what they should spend. Say: The surplus} [Al-Baqarah: 219], he said: "The surplus beyond the needs of the family." The statement of the Almighty: {And they ask you about menstruation} [Al-Baqarah: 222] and His statement: {Your wives are a tilth for you} [Al-Baqarah: 223].
