١٠٩١٨ - عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالَ: «تُوُفِّيَ أَبُو قَيْسٍ مِنْ صَالِحِي الْأَنْصَارِ، فَخَطَبَ ابْنُهُ قَيْسٌ امْرَأَتَهُ، فَقَالَتْ: أَنَا أَعُدُّكَ
وَلَدًا وَأَنْتَ مِنْ صَالِحِي قَوْمِكَ، وَلَكِنِّي آتِي رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - فَأَسْتَأْمِرُهُ، فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ أَبَا قَيْسٍ تُوُفِّيَ، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: خَيْرًا، قَالَتْ: وَإِنَّ ابْنَهُ قَيْسًا خَطَبَنِي، وَهُوَ مِنْ صَالِحِي قَوْمِهِ، وَإِنَّمَا كُنْتُ أَعُدُّهُ وَلَدًا، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: " ارْجِعِي إِلَى بَيْتِكِ ". فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: ﴿وَلَا تَنْكِحُوا مَا نَكَحَ آبَاؤُكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ﴾ [النساء: ٢٢].»
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ﴾ [النساء: ٢٤])
#10918 10918 - On the authority of a man from the Ansar who said: "Abu Qays, who was one of the righteous of the Ansar, passed away. His son, Qays, then proposed to his father's wife. She said: 'I consider you a son, and you are among the righteous of your people, but I will go to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and seek his instruction.' She came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and said: 'Indeed, Abu Qays has passed away.' The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to her: 'May it be well.' She said: 'And his son, Qays, has proposed to me, and he is among the righteous of his people, while I only used to consider him a son.' The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to her: 'Return to your home.' Then this verse was revealed: {And do not marry those [women] whom your fathers married} [An-Nisa: 22]."

10918 - Nga një burrë prej Ensarëve ka thënë: «Vdiq Ebu Kajsi, i cili ishte nga të mirët e Ensarëve, dhe djali i tij, Kajsi, i kërkoi dorën gruas së tij. Ajo i tha: "Unë të konsideroj
si djalë dhe ti je nga të mirët e popullit tënd, por unë do të shkoj te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe do ta konsultoj atë." Ajo erdhi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe i tha: "Ebu Kajsi ka vdekur." I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha asaj: "Mirë." Ajo tha: "Dhe djali i tij, Kajsi, më ka kërkuar dorën, ndërsa ai është nga të mirët e popullit të tij, por unë e konsideroja atë vetëm si djalë." I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha asaj: "Kthehu në shtëpinë tënde." Atëherë zbriti ky ajet: ﴿Dhe mos u martoni me ato gra me të cilat janë martuar baballarët tuaj﴾ [En-Nisa: 22].»

E ka transmetuar Taberaniu nga shejhu i tij Abdullah bin Muhamed bin Seid bin Ebi Merjem, dhe ai është i dobët.
