١١٠٣٤ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - آخَى بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِهِ، فَجَعَلُوا يَتَوَارَثُونَ بِذَلِكَ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ ﴿وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَى بِبَعْضٍ﴾ [الأنفال: ٧٥] فَتَوَارَثُوا بِالنَّسَبِ».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ.
#11034 On the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) established brotherhood between his companions, and they began to inherit from one another based on that, until there was revealed: "And blood relations are more entitled to one another" [Al-Anfal: 75], so they [subsequently] inherited based on kinship.

11034 - Nga Ibn Abbasi: "I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) vëllazëroi shokët e tij, kështu që ata filluan të trashëgonin njëri-tjetrin mbi këtë bazë, derisa zbriti ajeti: {E farefisi (sipas gjakut) ka më shumë përparësi ndaj njëri-tjetrit} [el-Enfal: 75], kështu që ata filluan të trashëgojnë sipas lidhjes së gjakut."

E ka transmetuar Taberaniu dhe burrat e tij janë burra të Sahihut.
