- عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ «عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فِي قَوْلِهِ:
﴿وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ
الْغُرُوبِ﴾ [ق: ٣٩] قَالَ: " قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ صَلَاةُ الصُّبْحِ
وَقَبْلَ الْغُرُوبِ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ دَاوُدُ بْنُ الزِّبْرِقَانِ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ.

11364 - On the authority of Jarir ibn Abdullah, from the Prophet (pbuh) regarding His saying: "And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before sunset" [Qaf: 39], he said: "Before the rising of the sun is the Subh prayer, and before sunset is the Asr prayer."

- Prej Xherir bin Abdullahit, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) lidhur me fjalën e Tij:
﴿وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ الْغُرُوبِ﴾ [Kaf: 39] (Dhe lartëso me lavdërim Zotin tënd para lindjes së diellit dhe para perëndimit), ai ka thënë: "Para lindjes së diellit është namazi i sabahut, dhe para perëndimit është namazi i ikindisë".
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në 'El-Eusat', dhe në të është Davud bin ez-Zibrikan, i cili është i braktisur (metruk).
