١١٤٩٥ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - إِذَا تَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ ﴿وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا - فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا﴾ [الشمس: ٧ - ٨] وَقَفَ ثُمَّ قَالَ: " اللَّهُمَّ آتِ نَفْسِي تَقْوَاهَا أَنْتَ وَلِيُّهَا وَخَيْرُ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ.
#11495 11495 - On the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said: "Whenever the Prophet (pbuh) recited these verses: 'And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it; And inspired it [with discernment of] its wickedness and its righteousness' [Ash-Shams: 7-8], he would pause and then say: 'O Allah, grant my soul its piety; You are its Guardian and the best of those who purify it.'"

11495 - Nga Ibn Abbasi transmetohet se ka thënë: «Kur Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e lexonte këtë ajet: ﴿Për shpirtin dhe për Atë që e ka përsosur atë! Dhe ia ka frymëzuar atij ligësinë e tij dhe devotshmërinë e tij﴾ [Esh-Shems: 7-8], ai ndalonte dhe pastaj thoshte: "O Allah, jepi shpirtit tim devotshmërinë e tij, Ti je Mbrojtësi i tij dhe më i Miri që e pastron atë».

E ka transmetuar Taberaniu, dhe isnadi i tij është hasen.
