١١٥٦٢ - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ - يَعْنِي النَّخَعِيَّ - قَالَ: كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَحُكُّ الْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ مِنْ مَصَاحِفِهِ وَيَقُولُ: إِنَّهُمَا لَيْسَتَا مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ - ﵎ -.
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَرِجَالُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ، وَرِجَالُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ ثِقَاتٌ.
#11562 11562 - And on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Yazid—meaning al-Nakha'i—who said: Abdullah used to scratch out the Mu'awwidhatayn from his codices and say: "Indeed, they are not from the Book of Allah (the Mighty and Sublime)."
