١١٥٩٥ - وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - قَرَأَ: "وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنُ بِالْعَيْنِ" بِنَصْبِ النَّفْسِ، وَرَفْعِ الْعَيْنِ». قُلْتُ: رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ غَيْرَ قَوْلِهِ: نَصْبِ النَّفْسِ، وَرَفْعِ الْعَيْنِ.
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ
أَبِي عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ.
#11595 11595 - And on the authority of Anas bin Malik, that the Prophet (pbuh) recited: "And We ordained for them therein: A life for a life, and an eye for an eye" [5:45], with the accusative case (Nasb) of 'al-nafs' and the nominative case (Raf') of 'al-'ayn'. I said: Abu Dawud narrated it, except for the statement: "the accusative case of 'al-nafs' and the nominative case of 'al-'ayn'."

11595 - Dhe nga Enes bin Maliku se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka lexuar:
"Dhe Ne u kemi caktuar atyre në të: shpirti për shpirtin dhe syri për syrin" me nasb të fjalës 'en-nefse' dhe me ref' të fjalës 'el-ajnu'. Unë thashë: E ka transmetuar Ebu Davudi, përveç fjalëve: nasb i shpirtit dhe ref' i syrit.
E ka transmetuar Ahmedi, dhe transmetuesit e tij janë transmetues të Sahihut, përveç
Ebu Ali bin Jezidit, i cili është i besueshëm.
