١١٨٤٠ - وَعَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ: «لَا تَعْجَلْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ تَظُنُّ أَنَّكَ إِنِ اسْتَعْجَلْتَ إِلَيْهِ أَنَّكَ مُدْرِكُهُ إِنْ كَانَ اللَّهُ لَمْ يُقَدِّرْ ذَلِكَ، وَلَا تَسْتَأْخِرَنَّ عَنْ شَيْءٍ تَظُنُّ أَنَّكَ إِنِ اسْتَأْخَرْتَ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ مَدْفُوعٌ عَنْكَ إِنْ كَانَ اللَّهُ قَدْ قَدَّرَهُ عَلَيْكَ».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ مُجَاهِدٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
#11840 11840 - And from Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan, he said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Do not hasten towards something that you think you will attain if you hurry, if Allah has not decreed it; and do not delay from something that you think will be averted from you if you delay, if Allah has decreed it upon you."

- Dhe nga Muavije bin Ebi Sufjani ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Mos nxito për diçka duke menduar se nëse nxiton drejt saj do ta arrish atë, nëse Allahu nuk e ka caktuar atë. Dhe mos u vono nga diçka duke menduar se nëse vonohesh prej saj ajo do të largohet prej teje, nëse Allahu e ka caktuar atë për ty».
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në 'el-Kebir' dhe 'el-Evsat', dhe në të është Abdulvehab bin Muxhahidi, i cili është i dobët.
