١٢٧٦٢ - وَعَنْ أَبِي سَلَامٍ قَالَ: «كَتَبَ مُعَاوِيَةُ إِلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِبْلٍ: أَنْ عَلِّمِ النَّاسَ مَا سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -، فَجَمَعَهُمْ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ:
" تَعَلَّمُوا الْقُرْآنَ،، فَإِذَا عَلِمْتُمُوهُ فَلَا تَغْلُوا فِيهِ، وَلَا تَجْفُوا عَنْهُ، وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا بِهِ، وَلَا تَسْتَكْثِرُوا بِهِ ".
ثُمَّ قَالَ: " إِنَّ التُّجَّارَ هُمُ الْفُجَّارُ ". قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَلَيْسَ قَدْ أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا؟ قَالَ: " بَلَى، وَلَكِنَّهُمْ يَحْلِفُونَ وَيَأْثَمُونَ ".
ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّ الْفُسَّاقَ هُمْ أَهْلُ النَّارِ. قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مَنِ الْفُسَّاقُ؟ قَالَ: " النِّسَاءُ ". قَالُوا: أَوَ لَيْسَ أُمَّهَاتُنَا وَبَنَاتُنَا وَأَخَوَاتُنَا؟ قَالَ: " بَلَى، وَلَكِنَّهُنَّ إِذَا أُعْطَيْنَ لَمْ يَشْكُرْنَ، وَإِنِ ابْتُلِينَ لَمْ يَصْبِرْنَ ".
ثُمَّ قَالَ: " يُسَلِّمُ الرَّاكِبُ عَلَى الرَّاجِلِ، وَالرَّاجِلُ عَلَى الْجَالِسِ، وَالْأَقَلُّ عَلَى الْأَكْثَرِ، فَمَنْ أَجَابَ السَّلَامَ كَانَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُجِبْ فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، وَأَحْمَدُ وَرِجَالُهُمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ.
#12762 12762 - And on the authority of Abu Salam, who said: Mu'awiya wrote to Abd al-Rahman bin Shibl: "Teach the people what you heard from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh)." So he gathered them and said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say: 'Learn the Quran; once you have learned it, do not exceed the limits regarding it, do not turn away from it, do not consume by means of it, and do not seek to amass wealth through it.' Then he said: 'Indeed, the merchants are the profligates.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, has Allah not permitted trade and forbidden usury?' He said: 'Yes, but they swear [oaths] and commit sin.' Then he said: 'Indeed, the transgressors are the people of the Fire.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, who are the transgressors?' He said: 'Women.' They said: 'Are they not our mothers, our daughters, and our sisters?' He said: 'Yes, but when they are given, they do not show gratitude, and if they are tested, they do not show patience.' Then he said: 'The rider should greet the walker, the walker should greet the sitter, and the fewer should greet the more numerous. Whoever responds to the greeting, it is for him, and whoever does not respond, there is nothing for him.'"

12762 - Dhe nga Ebu Selami transmetohet se ka thënë: «Muaviu i shkroi Abdurrahman bin Shiblit: Mësoju njerëzve atë që ke dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.). Ai i mblodhi ata dhe tha: Vërtet, unë e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë:
"Mësojeni Kuranin, e kur ta mësoni atë, mos teproni në të, mos u largoni prej tij, mos hani me të dhe mos kërkoni shtim të pasurisë përmes tij".
Pastaj tha: "Vërtet, tregtarët janë të shthururit (fuxharët)". Ata thanë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, a nuk e ka lejuar Allahu shitblerjen dhe e ka ndaluar kamatën? Ai tha: "Po, por ata betohen dhe bëjnë mëkat".
Pastaj tha: "Vërtet, të shthururit (fusakët) janë banorët e Zjarrit". Ata thanë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, kush janë të shthururit? Ai tha: "Gratë". Ata thanë: A nuk janë ato nënat tona, vajzat tona dhe motrat tona? Ai tha: "Po, por ato kur u jepet nuk falënderojnë, dhe nëse sprovohen nuk durojnë".
Pastaj tha: "Kalorësi e përshëndet këmbësorin, këmbësori atë që rri ulur, dhe pakica shumicën. Kush i përgjigjet selamit, ai është për të, e kush nuk përgjigjet, nuk ka asgjë për të»".
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu dhe teksti është i tij, si dhe Ahmedi, ndërsa burrat e tyre janë burra të Sahihut.
