١٢٨٢٦ - عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ قَالَ: «اسْتَأْذَنَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ، فَأَذِنَتْ لَهُ، فَقَالَ: ثَمَّ عَلِيٌّ؟ قَالُوا: لَا. فَرَجَعَ، ثُمَّ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَيْهَا مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، فَقَالَ: ثَمَّ عَلِيٌّ؟ قَالُوا: نَعَمْ. فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلِيٌّ: مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تَدْخُلَ حِينَ لَمْ تَجِدْنِي هَاهُنَا؟ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - نَهَانَا أَنْ نَدْخُلَ عَلَى الْمُغَيَّبَاتِ».
قُلْتُ: رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ مَكَانَ فَاطِمَةَ أَسْمَاءَ.
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ، إِلَّا أَنَّ أَبَا صَالِحٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ فَاطِمَةَ، وَقَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْ عَمْرٍو.
#12826 12826 - On the authority of Abu Salih, who said: "Amr ibn al-As sought permission to enter upon Fatima, and she granted him permission. He asked: 'Is Ali there?' They said: 'No.' So he turned back. Then he sought permission to enter upon her another time and asked: 'Is Ali there?' They said: 'Yes.' So he entered upon her. Ali said to him: 'What prevented you from entering when you did not find me here?' He replied: 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade us from entering upon women whose husbands are absent.'"

- Nga Ebi Salih transmetohet se ka thënë: «Amr ibn el-Asi kërkoi leje për të hyrë te Fatimja, dhe ajo i dha leje. Ai pyeti: A është Aliu aty? Thanë: Jo. Atëherë ai u kthye. Më pas kërkoi leje përsëri dhe pyeti: A është Aliu aty? Thanë: Po. Atëherë ai hyri tek ajo, dhe Aliu i tha: Çfarë të pengoi të hyje kur nuk më gjete këtu? Ai tha: I Dërguari i Allahut - (s.a.v.s.) - na ka ndaluar të hyjmë te gratë burrat e të cilave nuk janë prezentë».

Thashë: E ka transmetuar Tirmidhiu, përveçse ai ka vendosur emrin Esma në vend të Fatimes.
E ka transmetuar Ahmedi, dhe burrat e tij janë burrat e Sahihut, përveçse Ebu Salihu nuk ka dëgjuar nga Fatimja, por ka dëgjuar nga Amri.
