١٢٩٩٥ - وَعَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، «عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: كَانَ يَسْقِي عَلَى حَوْضٍ، فَجَاءَ قَوْمٌ فَقَالَ: أَيُّكُمْ يُورِدُ عَلَى أَبِي ذَرٍّ، وَيَحْتَسِبُ شُعَيْرَاتٍ مِنْ رَأْسِهِ؟ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: أَنَا. فَجَاءَ الرَّجُلُ فَأَوْرَدَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْضَ، فَدَقَّهُ، وَكَانَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ قَائِمًا، فَجَلَسَ ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعَ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: لِمَ جَلَسْتَ ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعْتَ؟ قَالَ: فَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ لَنَا:
" إِذَا غَضِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ فَلْيَجْلِسْ، فَإِنْ ذَهَبَ عَنْهُ الْغَضَبُ، وَإِلَّا فَلْيَضْطَجِعْ» ".
قُلْتُ: رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ بِاخْتِصَارِ الْقِصَّةِ، وَدُونَ ذِكْرِ أَبِي
الْأَسْوَدِ.
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ.
#12995 12995 - And from Abu al-Aswad, from Abu Dharr, who said: He was watering at a trough when a group of people came. One of them said, "Which of you will approach Abu Dharr and seek reward for a few hairs from his head?" A man said, "I will." So the man came and approached the trough and broke it. Abu Dharr was standing, so he sat down and then he lay down on his side. It was said to him, "Why did you sit down and then lie down?" He said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to us: "If any of you becomes angry while he is standing, let him sit down; if the anger leaves him, [it is well], otherwise let him lie down."

- Dhe nga Ebu el-Esved, nga Ebu Dherri, i cili ka thënë: Ai po jepte ujë te një hauz (vaskë), kur erdhi një grup njerëzish dhe ai tha: "Cili prej jush do të hyjë te Ebu Dherri dhe do të llogarisë disa qime nga koka e tij?" Një burrë tha: "Unë". Burri erdhi dhe hyri te ai në hauz, e goditi atë, dhe Ebu Dherri ishte në këmbë, kështu që u ul e pastaj u shtri. Atij iu tha: "Pse u ule e pastaj u shtrive?" Ai tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) na ka thënë:
"Nëse ndonjëri prej jush zemërohet ndërsa është në këmbë, le të ulet, e nëse i kalon zemërimi (mirë), përndryshe le të shtrihet".
