Hadith #13090 - Majma al-Zawaid - The Compilation of Extra Narrations and the Source of Benefits

١٣٠٩٠ - وَعَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ شَرَفُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقَالَ: دَعُوا هَذَا فَإِنَّ الْإِسْلَامَ عَمَّرَ بُيُوتًا كَانَتْ خَامِلَةً، وَأَخْمَلَ بُيُوتًا كَانَتْ عَامِرَةً، فَإِنْ أَبَيْتُمْ، فَإِنَّ أَخَا بَنِي تَمِيمِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ لَمَّا مَاتَ تَقَسَّمَ النَّاسُ الْمَجْدَ بَعْدَهُ.
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.

#13090 And from Hisham ibn Urwa, who said: I heard Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr when the nobility of the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyya) was mentioned in his presence, and he said: "Leave this, for indeed Islam has built up houses that were obscure and has rendered obscure houses that were prosperous. But if you refuse, then indeed the brother of Banu Tamim ibn Jud'an, when he died, the people divided the glory after him."

- Dhe nga Hisham bin Urve ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdullah bin ez-Zubejrin, kur u përmend tek ai nderi i kohës së injorancës (Xhahilijetit), të thoshte: Lëreni këtë, sepse Islami ka lartësuar shtëpi që ishin të panjohura dhe ka ulur shtëpi që ishin të lartësuara. E nëse refuzoni (të mos e përmendni), atëherë vëllai i Beni Temim bin Xhud'anit, kur vdiq, njerëzit e ndanë lavdinë pas tij.

E ka transmetuar et-Taberaniu, dhe në të është Ibn Ebi ez-Zinadi, i cili është i dobët.
