١٣١٧٨ - وَعَنِ ابْنِ عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ قَالَ: كُنَّا بِفَارِسٍ وَعَلَيْنَا أَمِيرٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ: زُهَيْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ - ﷺ - قَالَ: " «مَنْ بَاتَ فَوْقَ إِجَارٍ - أَوْ فَوْقَ بَيْتٍ - لَيْسَ حَوْلَهُ شَيْءٌ يَرُدُّ رِجْلَهُ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ، وَمَنْ رَكِبَ الْبَحْرَ بَعْدَمَا يَرْتَجُّ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ» ".
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مَرْفُوعًا وَمَوْقُوفًا وَكِلَاهُمَا رِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ.
#13178 And on the authority of Ibn ‘Imran al-Jawni, who said: We were in Persia and had a governor over us named Zuhayr ibn ‘Abdullah, who said: A man narrated to me that the Prophet of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever spends the night on top of a flat roof — or on top of a house — that has nothing around it to restrain his foot, then the covenant of protection is absolved from him; and whoever sails the sea after it has become turbulent, then the covenant of protection is absolved from him."

- Dhe nga Ibn Imran el-Xhevni ka thënë: Ishim në Faris dhe kishim një emir që quhej Zuhejr bin Abdullahu, i cili tha:
Më ka treguar një burrë se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kush fle mbi një çati - ose mbi një shtëpi - që nuk ka rreth saj diçka që e mbron këmbën e tij (pengesë), atëherë mbrojtja e Allahut është larguar prej tij. Dhe kush lundron në det pasi ai është trazuar (stuhishëm), atëherë mbrojtja e Allahut është larguar prej tij".
E ka transmetuar Ahmedi në formë merfu' (të ngritur te Pejgamberi) dhe meukuf (të ndalur te sahabiu), dhe në të dyja rastet burrat e zinxhirit janë burrat e Sahihut.
