١٣٢٧٩ - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُبْشِيٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - ﷺ -: " «مَنْ قَطَعَ سِدْرَةً مِنْ سِدْرِ الْحَرَمِ، صَوَّبَ اللَّهُ رَأْسَهُ فِي النَّارِ» ". قُلْتُ: رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ غَيْرَ قَوْلِهِ: " «مِنْ سِدْرِ الْحَرَمِ» ".
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ. وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ بَقِيَّةُ أَحَادِيثِ
هَذَا الْبَابِ فِي الْبَيْعِ بَعْدَ بَابِ اتِّخَاذِ الشَّجَرِ.
#13279 13279 - And on the authority of Abdullah bin Hubshi, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever cuts down a lote-tree from the lote-trees of the Sanctuary (al-Haram), Allah will direct his head downward into the Fire." I say: Abu Dawood narrated it, except for his wording: "from the lote-trees of the Sanctuary."

13279 - Dhe nga Abdullah bin Hubshi ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): "Kush pret një pemë sidër nga sidrat e Haremit, Allahu do ta zhytë kokën e tij në zjarr". Thashë: E ka transmetuar Ebu Davudi, përveç thënies së tij: "nga sidrat e Haremit".
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu në 'el-Evsat' dhe burrat e tij janë të besueshëm. Dhe tashmë kanë kaluar pjesa tjetër e haditheve të këtij kapitulli te 'Shitblerja', pas kapitullit 'Mbjellja e pemëve'.
