- وَعَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ رَبٍّ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ أَبِي
سُفْيَانَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يُحَدِّثُ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
وَسُلَّمَ - يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ رَجُلًا أَسْرَفَ
عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فَلَقِيَ رَجُلًا فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْآخَرَ قَتَلَ تِسْعًا
وَتِسْعِينَ نَفْسًا كُلُّهُمْ ظُلْمًا فَهَلْ لِي مِنْ تَوْبَةٍ؟ قَالَ:
لَا. فَقَتَلَهُ. وَأَتَى آخَرَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْآخَرَ قَتَلَ مِائَةَ
نَفْسٍ كُلَّهَا ظُلْمًا فَهَلْ تَجِدُ لِي مِنْ تَوْبَةٍ؟ فَقَالَ: إِنْ
حَدَّثْتُكَ عَلَى أَنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَتُوبُ عَلَى مَنْ تَابَ كَذَبْتُكَ،
هَهُنَا قَوْمٌ يَتَعَبَّدُونَ فَائْتِهِمْ تَعَبَّدِ اللَّهَ مَعَهُمْ.
فَتَوَجَّهَ إِلَيْهِمْ، فَمَاتَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، فَاجْتَمَعَتْ مَلَائِكَةُ
الرَّحْمَةِ وَمَلَائِكَةُ الْعَذَابِ، فَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ
مَلَكًا فَقَالَ: قِيسُوا مَا بَيْنَ الْمَكَانَيْنِ فَأَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ
فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ، فَوَجَدُوهُ أَقْرَبَ إِلَى دَيْرِ التَّوَّابِينَ
بِأُنْمُلَةٍ فَغُفِرَ لَهُ».
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ،
وَرِجَالُ أَحَدِهِمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ أَبِي عَبْدِ رَبٍّ،
وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ. وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى بِنَحْوِهِ كَذَلِكَ.

17606 - And from Abu Abd Rabb: that he heard Mu'awiyah ibn Abi Sufyan on the pulpit narrating: that he heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say: "A man transgressed against himself and met a man and said: 'Indeed, the other [referring to himself] has killed ninety-nine souls, all of them unjustly; is there any repentance for me?' He said: 'No.' So he killed him. Then he came to another and said: 'Indeed, the other has killed a hundred souls, all of them unjustly; do you find for me any repentance?' He replied: 'If I were to tell you that Allah does not accept the repentance of one who repents, I would be lying to you. There are people here who worship, so go to them and worship Allah with them.' So he set out toward them and died while in that state. Then the angels of mercy and the angels of punishment gathered, so Allah sent an angel to them and said: 'Measure the distance between the two places, and whichever he is closer to, he belongs to them.' They found him closer to the monastery of the repentant by a fingertip, so he was forgiven."
17606 - Dhe nga Ebu Abd Rrabbi: Se ai e ka dëgjuar Muaviye bin Ebi Sufjanin mbi minber duke treguar: Se ai e ka dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) të thotë: «Një burrë e teproi ndaj vetes së tij, pastaj takoi një burrë dhe i tha: Ky tjetri ka vrarë nëntëdhjetë e nëntë persona, të gjithë me padrejtësi, a ka për mua pendim? Ai tha: Jo. Atëherë e vrau edhe atë. Pastaj erdhi te një tjetër dhe i tha: Ky tjetri ka vrarë njëqind persona, të gjithë me padrejtësi, a gjen për mua pendim? Ai i tha: Nëse të them se Allahu nuk ia pranon pendimin atij që pendohet, të kam gënjyer. Këtu afër është një popull që adhuron Allahun, shko tek ata dhe adhuroje Allahun bashkë me ta. Ai u drejtua drejt tyre, por vdiq rrugës. Atëherë u mblodhën engjëjt e mëshirës dhe engjëjt e dënimit. Allahu dërgoi tek ata një engjëll e u tha: Matni hapësirën mes dy vendeve, e cilitdo vend t'i jetë më afër, ai i përket atyre. Ata e gjetën atë më afër vendit të të penduarve sa një majë gishtash, kështu që ai u fal».
E ka transmetuar Taberaniu me dy zinxhirë transmetimi, dhe burrat e njërit prej tyre janë burrat e Sahihut përveç Ebu Abd Rrabbi, i cili është i besueshëm (thikatun). Gjithashtu e ka transmetuar Ebu Jala në mënyrë të ngjashme.
