٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَاصِمٍ الثَّقَفِيَّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ ﵁: «يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مُرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ أَقُولُهُ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتُ وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتُ، قَالَ: قُلِ: اللَّهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ، قُلْهُ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ، وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ، وَإِذَا أَخَذْتَ مَضْجَعَكَ».
#9 9 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ya'la bin 'Ata, who said: I heard 'Amr bin 'Asim al-Thaqafi say: I heard Abu Hurayrah saying: Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O Messenger of Allah, command me with something I should say when I reach the morning and when I reach the evening."

He (pbuh) said: "Say: O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Lord of everything and its Sovereign, I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil of Satan and his shirk. Say it when you reach the morning, when you reach the evening, and when you go to your bed."

9 - Na ka treguar Abu Dawudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ya'la bin 'Ata, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar 'Amr bin 'Asim eth-Thekafiun duke thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu Hurejrën duke thënë: Ebu Bekër es-Siddiku (r.a.) ka thënë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, më urdhëro diçka që ta them kur të gdhihem dhe kur të ngrysem." Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Thuaj: O Allah, Njohës i të fshehtës dhe të dukshmes, Krijues i qiejve dhe i tokës, Zot i çdo gjëje dhe Sundues i saj, dëshmoj se nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Teje, kërkoj mbrojtje tek Ti nga e keqja e vetes sime dhe nga e keqja e shejtanit dhe shirkut të tij. Thuaje këtë kur të gdhihesh, kur të ngrysesh dhe kur të shkosh në shtratin tënd."
