11 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Asim bin 'Ubaydullah, from Salim, from his father, that 'Umar said: "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about what we are doing? Is it a matter that is newly initiated - or started - or something that has already been decreed?" He (saw) said: "Something that has already been decreed. So act, O son of al-Khattab, for everyone is facilitated
(9); whoever is from the people of happiness, he will act with happiness - or for happiness -, and whoever is from the people of misery, he will act with misery - or for misery."

11 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Asim bin Ubejdullahu, nga Salimi, nga babai i tij, se Omeri ka thënë: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, më trego për atë që po punojmë, a është një çështje e re (që po fillon tani) apo diçka që është përcaktuar tashmë?" Ai tha: "Është diçka që është përcaktuar tashmë. Prandaj puno, o biri i Hattabit, sepse çdokujt i lehtësohet
(9); kush është nga njerëzit e lumturisë, ai do të punojë me (veprat e) lumturisë - ose për lumturi -, dhe kush është nga njerëzit e mjerimit, ai do të punojë me (veprat e) mjerimit - ose për mjerim -."
